四川省优秀篮球苗子成长风险因素防控研究

【摘要】：近年来,高淘汰率是四川省优秀篮球苗子培养过程中普遍存在的现象,是什么原因导致了我省篮球后备人才的流失如此严重?在优秀篮球苗子培养过程中到底存在着什么样的风险?这是值得我们去深思和探讨的问题。本文从优秀篮球苗子成长风险这个新的角度出发,以四川省部分优秀篮球运动苗子为研究对象,运用运动训练学、运动心理学、哲学等学科的知识,在查阅相关文献资料的基础上,运用问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈方法、逻辑分析法等调查方法,根据我省篮球苗子的成长规律和实际情况,针对我省优秀篮球运动苗子在培养过程中的成长风险发生的原因以及各种风险规避问题进行调查、讨论和研究,希望能够为我省的篮球事业的健康良性发展以及优秀篮球运动苗子的培养提供理论和实践依据。主要结论如下:1.优秀篮球苗子的培养一直是我省竞技体育发展的重点。加强对四川省优秀篮球运动苗子成长风险的研究,对于提高四川省篮球运动水平,为篮球运动员的培养和有关篮球管理部门提供借鉴与参考具有理论意义和现实意义。2.在运动员的选材方面的风险主要是:在优秀篮球苗子选拔过程中,缺乏科学理论和测试手段、选材不够科学,导致了许多有天赋的运动员因此而被埋没。建议相关部门在选材时根据运动员的年龄和各项身体素质发育规律,进一步完善篮球运动员的选材标准。3.教练员的文化思想落后、训练的方式方法陈旧、责任性不够强等问题,都会间接的限制运动员向更高水平的发展,这是我省篮球苗子在成长过程中客观的来自教练员的风险。建议增加我省教练员培训、学习的次数,提高教练员的科研和教学能力。提高教练员的职业素养,不断提高教练员业务水平并使其向专职化发展。4.目前四川省篮球运动员自身主要存在着以下一些问题:要篮球运动员基本功差、缺乏比赛经验和必要的运动损伤知识,部分运动员道德规范意识缺失。这些问题是目前我省篮球苗子在培养过程中自身普遍存在的的风险。建议强化我省篮球运动员的本功,重视运动员的道德品质的培养。提高篮球运动员的综合素质,要建立严格的科学的教学、管理计划,运用科学的训练理论,以及正确的训练方式、方法来指导训练。5.运动员的教育学风险和就业风险是亟待解决的问题。建议相关部门要立即着手改善目前我省优秀篮球苗子文化学习现状,竭尽所能,努力去提高运动员的文化学习水平。另外,运动员要注重对其它方面的知识和职业技能的学习,为再就业做准备,政府应逐步完善与运动员相关的各种社会保障制度,为运动员解决后顾之忧。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the high elimination rate is a common phenomenon in the training process of elite basketball seedlings in Sichuan Province. What causes the loss of basketball reserve talents in Sichuan Province so seriously? What kind of risks do there exist in the process of cultivating excellent basketball seedlings? This is a problem worthy of our deep thinking and discussion. From the new perspective of the growth risk of elite basketball seedlings, this paper takes some elite basketball sports Miao in Sichuan Province as the research object, and applies the knowledge of sports training, sports psychology, philosophy and so on. On the basis of consulting relevant literature, this paper applies the methods of questionnaire, mathematical statistics, interview, logic analysis, and so on, according to the growth law and actual situation of basketball seedling in our province. This paper investigates, discusses and studies the causes of the growth risk and the various risk aversion problems in the training process of the elite basketball athletes in our province. It is hoped that it can provide theoretical and practical basis for the healthy development of basketball in our province and the cultivation of excellent basketball sports seedlings. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The cultivation of excellent basketball seedlings has always been the focus of the development of competitive sports in our province. To strengthen the research on the growth risk of elite basketball players in Sichuan Province is of theoretical and practical significance for improving the level of basketball in Sichuan Province and for providing reference and reference for basketball players' training and relevant basketball management departments. In the selection of athletes, the main risks are: in the selection process of elite basketball seedlings, the lack of scientific theory and testing means, the selection of materials is not scientific, resulting in many talented athletes were buried. It is suggested that the relevant departments should further improve the selection standard of basketball players according to the age of the athletes and the rules of their physical development. The backwardness of the coaches' cultural thoughts, the outmoded ways and methods of training and the lack of responsibility will indirectly restrict the athletes' development to a higher level, which is the objective risk from the coaches in the growing process of basketball seedlings in our province. It is suggested to increase the number of coaches' training and study, and to improve the coaches' scientific research and teaching ability. Improve the professional quality of coaches, constantly improve the professional level of coaches and make them to full-time development. 4. At present, the main problems of Sichuan basketball players are as follows: poor basic skills of basketball players, lack of experience and necessary knowledge of sports injury, lack of moral awareness of some athletes. These problems are the common risks in the process of cultivation of basketball seedlings in our province. It is suggested that we should strengthen the basic merit of basketball players in our province and attach importance to the cultivation of athletes' moral quality. To improve the comprehensive quality of basketball players, it is necessary to establish strict scientific teaching, management plan, use scientific training theory and correct training methods to guide training .5. The education risk and employment risk of athletes are urgent problems to be solved. It is suggested that the relevant departments should immediately begin to improve the present situation of cultural learning of elite basketball seedlings in our province and try their best to improve the cultural learning level of athletes. In addition, athletes should pay attention to the study of other aspects of knowledge and vocational skills, to prepare for re-employment, the government should gradually improve the various social security systems related to athletes, to solve the worries of athletes.
