以民生为重点的农村社会建设研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国农村社会主义建设取得了巨大成就:经济发展、民主进步、文化繁荣,人们的物质文化需求不断的得到满足。然而,随着农村社会改革的不断深入,农村的社会问题也日渐增多,社会矛盾日益凸显。农村的社会建设已经成为推进我国社会主义总体社会建设中最为薄弱、也最为关键的环节,其中,农民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的民生问题没有解决好,必须采取有效的措施加以解决。本文从民生思想的视角出发,以马克思社会建设思想、毛泽东社会建设思想以及新时期党的领导人关于民生思想和社会建设思想为理论依据,在分析我国改革开放前以及改革开放后农村社会发展实践探索的基础上,总结了我国农村社会建设取得的成绩,并以大量数据资料显示出我国农村在教育、就业、医疗等民生方面的发展。本文通过运用文献分析法、理论与实践结合法、个案分析法等方法,对以改善民生为重点的农村社会建设提出了重要问题,并深入分析了产生的原因,依据农村社会建设的重要问题提出了相应的对策。本文从六个部分研究了农村社会建设:第一部分:绪论部分,主要介绍了研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状及研究方法;第二部分:理论基础部分,主要研究了马克思社会建设思想,毛泽东社会建设思想以及新时期中国共产党的民生思想和社会建设思想;第三部分:探索回顾部分,重点研究了新中国成立到改革开放前农村社会建设的发展历程;第四部分,探索实践部分,主要研究了改革开放以后农村社会建设取得的成绩;第五部分,提出问题部分,重点分析了农村教育问题,农民就业形势,农村社会保障体系,农村医疗体系,农村社会管理等方面的内容,并且深入研究了产生的原因;第六部分,对策措施部分,针对农村社会建设面临的问题及原因分析,主要从完善农村社会管理,增加农民收入,健全社会保障事业,发展农村医疗事业等方面提出了相应的对策路径。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's rural socialist construction has made great achievements: economic development, democratic progress, cultural prosperity, people's material and cultural needs are constantly met. However, with the deepening of rural social reform, rural social problems are increasing and social contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent. Social construction in rural areas has become the weakest and most crucial link in promoting the overall social construction of socialism in our country. Among them, the most concerned, direct and realistic livelihood problems of the peasants have not been solved well. Effective measures must be taken to solve the problem. Starting from the perspective of people's livelihood, this paper takes Marx's social construction thought, Mao Zedong's social construction thought and the Party's leaders' thoughts on people's livelihood and social construction as the theoretical basis. On the basis of analyzing the practice and exploration of rural social development before and after the reform and opening up, this paper summarizes the achievements of rural social construction in China, and shows that China's rural areas are in the fields of education and employment with a great deal of data. The development of people's livelihood, such as medical treatment. By using the methods of literature analysis, combination of theory and practice, case analysis and so on, this paper puts forward important problems to the rural social construction which focuses on the improvement of people's livelihood, and analyzes the causes of its emergence. According to the important problems of rural social construction, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. This article has studied the rural social construction from six parts: the first part: the introduction part, mainly introduced the research background, the research significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation and the research method; the second part: the theory foundation part, It mainly studies Marx's thought of social construction, Mao Zedong's thought of social construction and the thought of people's livelihood and social construction of the Communist Party of China in the new period. It focuses on the development of rural social construction from the founding of New China to the reform and opening up; the fourth part, the exploration and practice part, mainly studies the achievements of rural social construction after the reform and opening up; the fifth part, puts forward the questions, It analyzes the problems of rural education, peasant employment situation, rural social security system, rural medical system, rural social management and so on, and deeply studies the causes. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of rural social construction, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of perfecting rural social management, increasing farmers' income, perfecting social security, and developing rural medical services.
