【摘要】：正2014年12月12~13日,由上海市法学会劳动法研究会、上海市劳动和社会保障学会劳动法专业委员会、台湾政治大学、华东政法大学等多家单位联合主办的"劳动关系的管制与自治"系列研讨会在沪召开。此次研讨会吸引了来自台湾政治大学、香港浸会大学、中国人民大学、中国政法大学、西南政法大学与华东政法大学等高校的学者,以及来自北京、上海、重庆、山东等地的法官、律师70余人参加。
[Abstract]:The seminar was held in Shanghai from December 12 to 13 , 2014 , sponsored by the Labour Law Research Council of the Shanghai Law Society , the Labour Law Professional Committee of the Shanghai Institute of Labor and Social Security , the Taiwan Political University and the University of East China University . The seminar attracted scholars from Taiwan ' s political university , the Hong Kong Baptist University , the Chinese People ' s University , the University of China ' s Political Science and Law , the Southwest University of Political Science and the East China University of Politics and Law , as well as judges from Beijing , Shanghai , Chongqing and Shandong , and more than 70 lawyers .
