我国高校行政管理的现状与改革探索

【摘要】：随着近些年社会经济发展的速度越来越快,对各方面的人才需求也是日渐增多。但是作为我国人才输送地、集结地的高等院校,教育制度改革日益深化,高校行政管理是学校发展、生存的重要基础。和科研、教学教师而言,行政管理主要为非教学科研活动的行政部门,主要由高校机构执行者、管理者组成,是高校科研与教育的重要保障,是贯彻落实党、国家教育方针,确定人才的教育方向,执行国家教育政策。本文重点分析目前我国高校行政管理中存在的部分问题和对教育制度的改革探索。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in recent years, the demand for talents in all fields is increasing day by day. However, as a place of talent transportation and gathering, the reform of educational system is deepening day by day. The administration of colleges and universities is an important foundation for the development and survival of schools. As far as scientific research and teaching teachers are concerned, administration is mainly an administrative department for non-teaching and scientific research activities, consisting mainly of executives and administrators of institutions of higher learning. It is an important guarantee for scientific research and education in colleges and universities, as well as the implementation of the Party's and the State's educational policy. Determine the direction of education of talents and implement the national education policy. This paper focuses on the analysis of some problems existing in the administration of colleges and universities in China and the reform of the educational system.
