基于核心平台架构失业保险待遇子系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着互联网技术的快速发展,社保业务的多样化,以及我国社会保险制度的不断完善,现有的社保信息化系统业务流程过于落后,已经跟不上现有社会保险业务发展的需要。为了响应国家社会保障金融一卡通的要求,实现社会保障卡能够跨险种、跨地区的广泛应用,开展了乌鲁木齐市金保工程二期项目。目前社保系统已经更新到了第三版本,并且在此版本的基础上各个地市的社会保障和劳动管理局均开发出了一套适用于本地实际业务需求的社会失业保险待遇子系统。目前我所做的工作是设计与开发适应于乌鲁木齐市本地需求的社会保险信息系统失业待遇子系统功能模块。本文主要是对社会保险信息系统中失业保险待遇子系统的设计与实现进行研究。研究内容包括前期业务模块需求的调研分析、业务流程设计和梳理,到后期的系统架构分析和设计,并完成相应的功能测试、业务测试和性能测试,最终实现失业子系统的业务应用。失业保险待遇子系统采用B/S模式,使用J2EE平台架构和MVC模式,它是UniEAP平台上开发动态Web应用的一项技术,它全面支持面向对象的设计思想,因而使Web应用的桌面设计变得更加简单、直观、高效,使所建立的Web应用功能更为强大,特别是对标准化Web服务的支持能力。系统数据库采用Oracle 11g RAC模式,更高的提高系统的可靠性,使得业务系统能够高效、持续的为公众提供便捷服务。该系统主要包括失业人员待遇核定、失业待遇变更、失业待遇支付、失业待遇管理以及失业待遇报表统计等功能模块。实践证明,本系统大大提高了失业保险待遇管理和发放的信息化水平,具有良好的使用效果,对乌鲁木齐市社保行业的信息化建设有着重要的意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, the diversification of social security business and the continuous improvement of our social insurance system, the existing social security information system business process is too backward, has been unable to keep up with the needs of the development of existing social insurance business. In order to meet the demand of the national social security finance card, and to realize the wide application of the social security card across insurance types and regions, the second phase project of gold insurance project in Urumqi was carried out. At present, the social security system has been updated to the third version, and on the basis of this version, the social security and labor administration of each city has developed a set of social unemployment insurance benefits subsystem suitable for the local actual business needs. At present, my work is to design and develop the function module of unemployment treatment subsystem of social insurance information system adapted to Urumqi's local demand. This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of unemployment insurance treatment subsystem in social insurance information system. The research contents include the research and analysis of the requirements of the pre-business module, the design and combing of the business process, the analysis and design of the system architecture to the later stage, and the completion of the corresponding functional testing, business testing and performance testing. Finally, the business application of unemployment subsystem is realized. The unemployment insurance treatment subsystem adopts the B / S model, the J2EE platform framework and the MVC model. It is a technology for developing dynamic Web application on the UniEAP platform. It fully supports the object-oriented design idea. As a result, the desktop design of Web applications becomes simpler, more intuitive and more efficient, and makes the established Web applications more powerful, especially the ability to support standardized Web services. The system database adopts Oracle 11g RAC mode, which can improve the reliability of the system and make the business system efficient and continuous to provide convenient services to the public. The system mainly includes the function modules such as the check and approval of the unemployment treatment, the change of the unemployment treatment, the payment of the unemployment treatment, the management of the unemployment treatment and the statistics of the unemployment treatment report. The practice proves that the system has greatly improved the information level of unemployment insurance treatment management and distribution, and has good application effect, which is of great significance to the informatization construction of the social security industry in Urumqi.
