推动青海绿色崛起走向生态大省生态强省之路研究

【摘要】：青海生态地位特殊、是国家重要的安全屏障,近年来,青海由经济发展为主逐渐转向经济发展和生态保护共同推进,尤其是“十三五”以来,转向以生态保护优先理念谋划推进经济发展、社会保障、民生改善多赢的格局。基于此,在详细分析青海向生态大省、生态强省转变的基本条件,探析青海绿色崛起潜力的基础上,提出了推动青海绿色崛起,走向生态大省、生态强省的路径与建议。
[Abstract]:Qinghai has a special ecological status and is an important national security barrier. In recent years, Qinghai has gradually shifted from economic development to economic development and ecological protection, especially since the 13th Five-Year Plan. Turn to the concept of ecological protection priority to promote economic development, social security, people's livelihood to improve the pattern of win-win. Based on the analysis of the basic conditions of the transformation from Qinghai to a large ecological province and a strong ecological province, and on the basis of analyzing the potential of Qinghai's green rise, this paper puts forward the path and suggestions for promoting Qinghai's green rise to a large ecological province and a strong ecological province.
