美国残疾人自主就业的发展及对我国的启示

【摘要】：通过梳理美国自主就业的发展历程,发现残疾人自主就业得到了一定程度的发展,自主就业数量增加,成效显著,形式灵活多样等;但同时也面临着后劲不足、支持不够、认识消极、要求较高等问题。美国残疾人自主就业的经验给予我们启示,我国应加大对残疾人自主就业政策和资金的支持力度,提供自主就业相关服务,拓展自主就业模式,转变就业观念。
[Abstract]:By combing the development of independent employment in the United States, we find that the number of independent employment of the disabled has developed to a certain extent, the number of independent employment has increased significantly, the forms are flexible and diverse; but at the same time, they are also facing a lack of stamina and insufficient support. Understanding of negative, demanding and other issues. The experience of self-employment of disabled people in the United States gives us inspiration. Our country should strengthen the support for the policy and fund of self-employment for the disabled, provide the related services of independent employment, expand the mode of independent employment, and change the concept of employment.
