社交网站SNS使用与用户社会资本的关系研究

【摘要】:社交网站SNS是互联网应用技术和服务不断革新而发展至今的重要成果,其发展代表网络社区经由Web1.0时代过渡至Web2.0时代的重要演变。Web1.0时代网络社区体现以技术为主导、内容为核心的应用理念,与传统媒体的中心化传播模式类似,BBS、网络聊天室等社区应用服务由站长、版主或管理员掌握管理权限,并通过预先设定主题或整理内容形成话题,网民根据感兴趣的内容加入讨论版组或频道获取信息或发表一定留言。由于互联网最初普及时技术的不成熟性,Web1.0时代体现以追求技术支持为主,对用户需求支持相对滞后,以匿名身份在线的网民根据同样关注的内容聚集在一起,因对话题或内容兴趣发生转移而离开,网民与网民之间的直接关系连接很弱。 随着互联网应用的不断发展,网民不再简单满足于虚拟社区中的信息收发,而进一步转向与其他网友的关系互动,以及线上社区体验和线下现实生活的结合。Web2.0时代的到来呈现以用户为主导、关系为核心的互联网新兴发展模式。博客提供的实时订阅与动态反馈功能让用户可以即时查阅关注博客或站点的最新动态,获悉自己页面的被访问情况,纪录博主之间的留言评论,让用户形成相对稳定的在线关系网络,用户需求逐渐成为技术推进的核心动力。基于实名制的社交网站SNS支持用户自媒体、微内容传播,进一步满足用户真实社会关系互动的需求,社交网站的出现彰显互联网应用理念由“人机对话”向“人人对话”的转变,由人与产品的关系到人与人关系的回归,体现互联网传播由内容传播到关系传播的偏向。 美国社会政治学家罗伯特·普特南指出,社区网络对人们的社会资本至关重要,在社区中关系传播是产生和维系社会资本的关键前提。社会资本理论研究代表学者美籍华裔社会学家林南提出,社会资本的本源在于社会网络和社会关系。由此可见,关系是社会资本的根本基础。普特南根据社会资本的不同表现形式提出社会资本可划分为桥梁式社会资本和纽带式社会资本,桥梁式社会资本与互动频率低、互惠交换少的弱关系紧密相关,纽带式社会资本与互动频率高、互惠交换深入的强关系密切关联。 本研究从关系视角出发,通过分析社交网站SNS传播学特征,探讨社交网站SNS的关系传播偏向对用户社会网络和人际关系的影响,以及伴随的社会资本的变化,从而对社交网站SNS使用与用户社会资本的相互关联进行考察。基于人人网实证案例考察,本研究对社交网站SNS使用与用户社会资本进行量化测量。以Ellison等学者提出的社会资本经典量表为基础,结合本研究实际情境,笔者设计社交网站SNS使用和社会资本的测量量表和具体指标。分析结果发现,社交网站的使用与用户社会资本存在密切关系,不同的使用强度和使用偏好会对用户感知的社会资本产生不同程度的影响。使用强度与用户桥梁式社会资本和纽带式社会资本积极相关,使用偏好中信息获取和人际交流有利于维系和加强现实生活中原有关系,以及构建和拓展新朋友,从而带来纽带式社会资本和桥梁式社会资本的增加,社交游戏的使用对社会资本无显著作用。社会资本的增加会带来用户社区融入感和归属感的增强,世界观和社会价值观的提升,及获得更多情感支持和经济实物支持。
[Abstract]:The social networking site SNS is an important achievement of the continuous innovation of Internet application technology and service. Its development represents the important evolution of the network community through the transition from the Web1.0 era to the era of Web2.0. The network community in the era of the.Web1.0 era embodies the technology as the dominant and the core of the application theory, which is similar to the central communication mode of the traditional media. BBS, network chat room and other community application services are controlled by the master, the moderator or the administrator, and the topic is formed by setting the subject or arranging the content in advance. The netizens join the discussion group or channel to obtain information or make a certain message according to the content of interest. Because of the immaturity of the initial timely technology of the Internet, the Web1.0 Era It embodies the pursuit of technical support, and the support for user needs is relatively lagging. Online users with anonymous identity are gathered together according to the same concerns. The direct connection between netizens and netizens is weak because of the transfer of topics or content interest.
With the continuous development of Internet applications, Internet users are no longer satisfied with the information receiving and receiving in the virtual community, and further turn to the relationship with other Internet users, as well as the combination of online community experience and offline real life in the.Web2.0 era, which presents a new Internet development model with user oriented and relationship as the core of the Internet. Real-time subscriptions and dynamic feedback functions allow users to look up the latest developments in blogs or sites, learn about the access of their own pages, record comments between the bloggers, and make users form a relatively stable online relationship network. The web site SNS supports users from the media and the communication of micro content to further meet the needs of the user's real social relations. Robert Putnam, an American sociologist, points out that the community network is crucial to the social capital of the people.
