【摘要】：流动儿童随同家人在城市居住后,在与新的环境和新的生活方式磨合过程当中,由于无法适应新的环境和新的生活方式,又加之学校、家庭等多种外部因素中的不利影响,他们很容易出现情绪障碍、焦虑和攻击行为,概称为“偏差行为”,这些问题很大程度的影响着流动儿童身心健康发展及其个人的社会化。本研究基于长春市某社区开展的“四点半课堂”项目,对该社区学龄阶段的流动儿童及其父母进行问卷调查和访谈,根据调查的结果发现该社区的流动儿童普遍存在部分偏差行为问题,主要表现为:不文明语言、说谎、对抗等。根据调查的结果,本研究又分别从家庭、社区、学校、同辈群体及其个人这几个方面来分析影响流动儿童偏差行为的原因及其偏差行为的具体表现。得知该社区的流动儿童对偏差行为认知和怎样处理好偏差行为存在着一定的盲区。同时对该社区的流动儿童进行需求评估,通过问卷调查以及访谈的方式了解到该社区流动儿童普遍缺乏素质教育。根据评估的结果制定介入计划,确定针对该社区流动儿童存在的偏差行为展开介入。本研究在流动儿童偏差行为纠正过程中,充分探索偏差行为的根源及表现,使用认知心理疗法、理性情绪疗法、优势视角理论、小组工作方法等,对如何预防和矫正提出了相应的对策,开展一系列的小组活动该社区流动儿童的偏差行为得到了良好的改善。
[Abstract]:After living in cities with their families, migrant children, in the process of adapting to the new environment and new way of life, are unable to adapt to the new environment and new way of life, in addition to the adverse effects of a variety of external factors, such as schools and families, etc. They are prone to emotional disorders, anxiety and aggression, generally known as "deviant behavior", these problems greatly affect the physical and mental development of migrant children and their personal socialization. Based on the "04:30 classroom" project in a community in Changchun, this study conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with migrant children and their parents in this community. According to the results of the investigation, the floating children in this community generally have some deviant behavior problems, such as uncivilized language, lying, confrontation and so on. According to the results of the investigation, this study analyzes the causes of deviant behavior of floating children and their specific behavior from family, community, school, peer groups and individuals. It was found that there were some blind spots in migrant children's cognition of deviant behavior and how to deal with it well. At the same time, the needs of migrant children in this community were assessed, and the general lack of quality education for migrant children in this community was found through questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the evaluation, the intervention plan was established to identify deviant behaviors of migrant children in the community. In the process of correcting deviant behavior of floating children, the causes and manifestations of deviant behavior are fully explored, cognitive psychotherapy, rational emotional therapy, dominant perspective theory, group work methods, etc. Some countermeasures for prevention and correction were put forward, and a series of group activities were carried out to improve the deviant behavior of migrant children in the community.
