人文社会科学人才成长的制度文化反思

【摘要】：文化大发展大繁荣,人才是支撑和关键。以规章制度建设为主要内容的制度文化建设,对于激励人文社会科学人才的成长具有重要的意义。目前,支撑我国人文社会科学人才成长的制度建设存在的问题突出表现在学术规范建设、科研管理观念、人才激励体制和学科研究理念等方面。完善我国人文社会科学人才成长的制度环境,可以从构建科学的人才管理体制、加强学科规范性建设、重视应用性人文社会科学人才的开发和建立有效的人才激励机制等方面来促进人文社会科学人才成长的制度文化建设。
[Abstract]:Cultural development and prosperity, talent is the support and key. The construction of system culture, which takes the construction of rules and regulations as the main content, is of great significance for encouraging the growth of talents of humanities and social sciences. At present, the problems existing in the system construction of supporting the growth of talents of humanities and social sciences in our country are manifested in the construction of academic norms, the concept of scientific research management, the system of encouraging talents and the concept of subject research, etc. In order to perfect the institutional environment for the growth of talents in humanities and social sciences in China, we can build a scientific talent management system and strengthen the discipline normative construction. Emphasis should be placed on the development of applied human and social science talents and the establishment of an effective talent incentive mechanism to promote the institutional and cultural construction of the growth of humanities and social science talents.
