“从心入伍”—新兵融入军营服务项目总结书

【摘要】:俗话说“铁打的营盘流水的兵”,在部队每年都会有老兵退伍、新兵入伍。大量新兵在经过三个月新兵营的训练被分放到各个连队时会出现适应性障碍,表现为部分新兵或者封闭自己而变得孤僻、或者出现严重的情绪化倾向、甚或经常违反纪律等,直接影响了新兵自身成长与部队战斗力。借鉴国外先进经验,如何在军队内引入专业社会工作,用什么方法能够协助新兵解决适应性障碍并尽快融入军营生活,是社会工作面临的比较紧迫的问题。 因新兵发展需要及本人担任军官的良好契机,在2013年12——2014年2月开展了“从心入伍”新兵融入军营的服务项目,本文是项目的总结书。 首先,本文从个人经验及需求评估两个角度论述了项目的来源,并提出了项目预设。同时,从直接和间接两个方面阐述了项目目标,还论述了项目的三个基本理论,分别是任务中心模式、社会支持理论和社会融入理论。 接下来,详细论述了项目的实施过程,具体包括了3个大类的活动。第一大类活动,“心灵驿站”个案辅导,针对3名由于适应性障碍所表现出来的自卑自闭的新兵,设立了心灵驿站开展情绪疏导及个案治疗服务;第二大类活动,“从心入伍”支持性小组活动,针对9名具有适应性障碍的新兵,开展了为期六次的小组活动,包括小组契约、热身游戏、支持性表达、社工分享等等环节;第三大类活动“新兵欢乐营”社区活动,针对30名新兵开展了“欢乐多多”趣味性活动、“携手前行”联欢活动,丰富了新兵生活,增加新老兵间的认识与了解,提升新兵归属感。 本文的最后从“社工自评、新兵满意度调查及部队领导访谈”三个方面总结了项目评估的内容。同时,项目还在三个方面有所创新,即契合军队的特殊性、加强了实际困难解决、采用了结对子的方法。
[Abstract]:As the saying goes, "the iron camp water soldiers," in the army every year there will be veterans, recruits into the army. After three months of training in the new recruits' camps, a large number of new recruits will have difficulty in adaptability when they are assigned to various companies. This may be manifested in the isolation of some of the recruits, or in serious emotional tendencies, or even in frequent violations of discipline, etc. It directly affects the growth of the recruits and the combat effectiveness of the army. It is an urgent problem for social work to draw lessons from foreign advanced experience how to introduce professional social work in the army and how to help recruits solve adaptability obstacles and integrate into camp life as soon as possible. Due to the development needs of the new recruits and the good opportunity for me to be an officer, the service project of "from the heart to enlist" into the army barracks was carried out from December to February, 2013. This paper is a summary of the project. First, this paper discusses the source of the project from the perspective of personal experience and needs assessment, and puts forward the project presupposition. At the same time, this paper expounds the project objectives from both direct and indirect aspects, and discusses the three basic theories of the project, namely the task-centered model, the social support theory and the social integration theory. Then, the implementation process of the project is discussed in detail, including three kinds of activities. The first type of activities, "Soul Post" case counseling, for three self-abased and autistic recruits due to adaptability disorders, set up the soul post to conduct emotional counseling and case therapy services; the second category of activities, "from the heart" support group activities, for 9 recruits with adaptability disorders, conducted six group activities, including group contract, warm-up games, supportive expression, social work sharing and so on; The third category of activities, "Happy Camp for recruits" community activities, aimed at 30 new recruits "more fun" fun activities, "hand in hand" fun activities, enriched the life of recruits, and increased the understanding and understanding among new veterans. Enhance the sense of belonging of the recruits. At the end of this paper, the contents of project evaluation are summarized from three aspects: social worker self-evaluation, recruit satisfaction survey and army leader interview. At the same time, the project is also innovated in three aspects, that is, it accords with the particularity of the army, strengthens the solution of practical difficulties, and adopts the method of twinning.
