发达地区农村外来劳动力信息行为研究

【摘要】：发达地区农村外来劳动力指的是在发达地区乡镇以下基层农村中户籍不在当地却在当地农村工作生活、来自其他地区农村的从事简单体力劳动的外来雇工或打工者。近年来该群体数量逐渐壮大,弱势地位逐渐凸显,提高其信息服务水平,有助于在信息科学层面上促进社会公平,保护弱势群体权益。流入发达地区农村的劳动力面临的主要难题涉及到政治、经济、文化等诸多领域,但都与信息相关,信息需求得不到满足,信息获取不充分都会衍生一系列问题。因此,研究发达地区农村外来劳动力信息行为,可以更好地为其提供信息服务,从而帮助解决其他社会问题。本文主要以江苏苏南农村地区和福建泉州农村地区为例,以问卷调查的方式、定性定量相结合的方法对发达地区农村外来劳动力的信息行为进行了研究,最终对发达地区农村的信息服务对策提出建议和意见。本文首先对发达地区农村外来劳动力信息行为的相关研究进行了文献调研。借鉴国内外相关理论和实践研究成果,从概念界定、构成要素、影响因素及理论模型等方面对发达地区农村外来劳动力的信息行为相关问题进行研究和界定。其次,从“流入地”和“流出地”两个渠道,选取具有代表性的发达地区农村外来劳动力进行了问卷调研。再次,依据马斯洛需求层次、意义构建等理论,采用卡诺模型的问卷调研方法,分析了外来劳动力的信息内容需求,选出三项最为重要的信息需求。而后,研究了发达地区农村外来劳动力的信息获取方式的基本特征,获取不同类信息的难易程度和整体分布,借用威尔逊和查特曼的信息行为理论,采用多因素方差分析的方法,筛选了8个具有显著影响的影响因素。最后,提出发达地区农村外来劳动力信息服务的对策和策略,以期提升发达地区农村信息服务水平。基于对信息内容需求的研究,得出了对信息资源建设的建议。基于对信息获取的研究,得出了信息服务策略的建议。
[Abstract]:The rural migrant labor force in developed areas refers to the migrant workers or migrant workers who are engaged in simple manual labor in the rural areas in the developed areas, where the household registration is not in the local areas but in the local rural areas. In recent years, the number of this group has grown gradually, and the vulnerable position has gradually become prominent. To improve its information service level is helpful to promote social equity and protect the rights and interests of vulnerable groups in the level of information science. The main problems facing the rural labor force in developed regions are related to many fields such as politics, economy, culture and so on, but they are all related to information, the information needs can not be satisfied, and the insufficient access to information will give rise to a series of problems. Therefore, the study of rural migrant labor information behavior in developed areas can provide better information services and help solve other social problems. Taking the rural areas of southern Jiangsu and Quanzhou of Fujian Province as examples, this paper studies the information behavior of rural migrant workers in developed areas by means of questionnaire survey and qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, suggestions and suggestions are put forward for the information service countermeasures of the rural areas in developed areas. In this paper, the information behavior of rural migrant labor in developed areas is studied. Based on the relevant theoretical and practical research results at home and abroad, this paper studies and defines the information behavior of rural migrant labor in developed areas from the aspects of concept definition, constituent elements, influencing factors and theoretical models. Secondly, from the two channels of "place of entry" and "place of outflow", the representative rural migrant labor force in developed areas was investigated. Thirdly, according to Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs and construction of meaning, the paper analyzes the information content needs of foreign labor force by using the questionnaire survey method of Carnot model, and selects the three most important information needs. Then, the paper studies the basic characteristics of the way of obtaining information of rural migrant labor in developed areas, the degree of difficulty and the overall distribution of obtaining different kinds of information, and borrows Wilson's and Chartmann's theory of information behavior. Using the method of multivariate analysis of variance, 8 influential factors were selected. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and strategies of rural migrant labor information service in developed regions in order to improve the level of rural information services in developed regions. Based on the research of information content requirement, the suggestion of information resource construction is obtained. Based on the research of information acquisition, the suggestions of information service strategy are put forward.
