基于网络流行语的社会心态研究

【摘要】:网络流行语是由民众创造,并且被广泛的应用于人们的日常交流和网络交流的一种现代语言。它广泛地出现在qq、微信、微博、社交论坛等各类互联网应用,代表了现代的互联网文化,与一定时期的政治、经济、文化紧密相关,是民众思想的集中体现,更是人们表达诉求的重要渠道,可以说,网络流行语是社会的一面镜子,既能表征整个社会的情绪基调,又能凸显社会共识和社会价值取向。从以往的研究可以发现,中国学者对社会心态的研究很早就有了,但很少有学者从网络流行语的角度对社会心态进行研究。本文从百度、新浪、网易、腾讯、搜狐等网站,搜集了2004年至2013年所有有确切流行年份的网络流行语作为样本总量,运用社会表征理论,通过内容分析法,全面系统地分析不同时期网络流行语表征的人们的社会心态。本文把社会心态分为六个分析类目:民族心态、政治心态、婚恋家庭心态、阶层心态、生活心态和职业心态。研究发现:1民族心态方面,人们既重视集体利益也关注个人利益,民族心态兼含集体主义感和个人主义感;人们具有较弱民族自豪感,且内心缺乏安全感。2政治心态方面,近十年人们对政治的期盼度及参与热情有所下降;对现行某些社会政策有质疑批判和怨恨不满的情绪。3婚恋家庭心态方面,人们憧憬和向往婚姻爱情,但在追求爱情的同时,却又表现出缺乏责任感,且有抑郁失望的情绪。4阶层心态方面,随着自嘲心态及相对剥夺感的增强,滋生人们仇富、仇官的心态,阶层心态整体呈现消极状态;人们关注的群体发生变化——从底层群体逐渐聚焦到上层群体。5生活心态方面,人们的生活心态以娱乐消遣和求新求异为主,整体表现为积极的心态。6职业心态方面,职业心态表现为希望与失落、自信与无奈并存的特点透过网络流行语可以看出,近十年人们的社会心态既有积极的也有消极的,而引发各类社会心态形成的社会动因主要有以下几点:一是网络媒介如同一把双刃剑,其互动性的特点造就了人们娱乐消遣、求新求异的积极的社会心态,其开放性的特点放大了人们的不良情绪,造就了消极的社会心态;二是社会阶层固化,底层群体占多数,激化仇富、仇官的社会心态;三是社会信任缺失,加剧社会心态失衡;四是遭遇信仰危机的同时,人们主体意识的增强,促进不良社会心态形成;五是社会保障体系不健全,使人们缺乏安全感。社会心态是一定时期社会存在的反映,不良的社会心态影响社会的正常发展。为此,政府应从以下几方面着手,以培育良好的社会心态:一是健全社会保障体系,提高社会安全感;二是创造公平正义的社会环境,增强国人的社会公平感和信任感;三是培养人们自尊自信的身份认同;四是增加政府与网民交流平台,畅通各种诉求渠道;五是充分发挥舆论的导向作用,加强社会心态的引导。
[Abstract]:Internet catchwords are a modern language created by people and widely used in people's daily communication and network communication. It is widely used in qq, WeChat, Weibo, Social Forum and other Internet applications. It represents the modern Internet culture and is closely related to politics, economy and culture of a certain period. It is a concentrated embodiment of people's thoughts. It is also an important channel for people to express their demands. It can be said that network catchwords are a mirror of society, which can not only represent the mood of the whole society, but also highlight the social consensus and social value orientation. From the previous studies, it can be found that Chinese scholars have studied social psychology for a long time, but few scholars study social psychology from the perspective of network catchwords. Based on Baidu, Sina, NetEase, Tencent, Sohu and other websites, this paper collected all the popular words from 2004 to 2013 as samples, using the theory of social representation and content analysis. A comprehensive and systematic analysis of the social mentality of people in different periods of network catchwords. This paper divides social psychology into six categories: national mentality, political mentality, marriage and family mentality, class mentality, life mentality and professional mentality. The study found that people attach importance to both the collective and personal interests, the national mentality contains both a sense of collectivism and a sense of individualism, and people have a weak sense of national pride and lack of sense of security political mentality in their hearts. In the past decade, people's expectations for politics and enthusiasm for participation have declined. 3. In terms of marriage and family mentality, people are looking forward to marriage and love while pursuing love, but at the same time, they are questioning, criticizing, and resentful of certain social policies. But also showed a lack of sense of responsibility, and there are depression and disappointment of the feelings of .4 class mentality, with the self-mockery and relative deprivation of the feelings of strengthening, breeding people hatred of the rich, hatred of the state of mind, class mentality as a whole showing a negative state of mind; The groups that people pay attention to are changing-from the bottom group to the upper-class group of 5. 5 life mentality, people's life mentality is mainly entertainment and seeking for new and different, the overall performance is a positive mentality of 6. 6 career mentality, Career mentality is characterized by hope and loss, confidence and helplessness coexist. Through the popular words on the Internet, we can see that the social mentality of people in the past decade has been both positive and negative. The social motivations that lead to the formation of various kinds of social mentality are as follows: first, the network media is like a double-edged sword, its interactive characteristics have created a positive social mentality of entertainment and seeking for new and different people. Its open characteristic magnifies people's bad mood, has created the negative social mentality; second, the social stratum solidifies, the bottom group accounts for the majority, intensifies the social mentality of hatred against the rich, feuds the official, third, the social trust lacks, exacerbates the social mentality imbalance; At the same time, people's subjective consciousness is strengthened and bad social mentality is formed. Fifth, the social security system is not perfect, which makes people lack sense of security. Social mentality is the reflection of social existence in a certain period, and bad social mentality affects the normal development of society. Therefore, the government should start from the following aspects to cultivate a good social mentality: first, to improve the social security system and improve the social sense of security; second, to create a fair and just social environment to enhance the sense of social fairness and trust of the people; The third is to cultivate people's self-esteem identity; the fourth is to increase the communication platform between the government and Internet users, open all kinds of demand channels; fifthly, to give full play to the guiding role of public opinion, and strengthen the guidance of social mentality.
