自尊、价值观与未婚男性择偶偏好的关系研究

【摘要】:择偶是人类繁衍和延续的前提,因不同的社会文化背景而存在差异。多数的进化心理学理论及其操作性假设的验证大多是在西方文化背景下进行的,而文化心理学者们则认为,行为者所在的文化背景对其行为有巨大影响。国内对未婚大龄女性的择偶偏好已有一定研究,对未婚男性择偶偏好的研究相对较少。鉴于此,本研究从现代文化背景出发,对未婚文化男青年的择偶偏好进行了一定的研究,具有重要的现实意义。 本研究分为两个部分,第一部分包括虚拟的征婚启事和访谈,首先通过一个假设的情景让被试写出自己的择偶偏好,然后对描述语进行编码,筛选变量,最后对描述语出现的频次进行卡方检验,得出一定的结论。根据得出的结论,编制访谈提纲,对被试做一个简单的访谈,对量化处理所得的结论进行更深层次的原因探索和补充。第二部分在第一部分的基础上,通过问卷调查进行进一步的研究,主要包括Rosenberg自尊量表和施瓦茨价值观量表,对自尊和价值观与男性择偶偏好之间的关系进行研究。 本研究的主要结论如下: 1.男性的年龄、是否工作、学历在男性择偶偏好上存在显著性差异。年龄越大的男性越注重女性独立的特质,年龄越小的男性越注重女性可爱的特质;工作的男性更加注重女性孝顺的特质;学生更注重女性可爱这一特质且更加看重女性学历;学历越高的男性越注重女性大方的特质。 2.在所有特质中,排前三位的特质分别是外形漂亮、温柔、独立。与以往研究相比,对独立注重程度上升。大部分男性对于女性学历比自己高、薪水比自己高这两方面持不介意态度,这不同于传统的男高女低这一观念。 3.男性自尊在择偶偏好上存在显著性差异,高自尊的人倾向于选择性格活泼的女性,低自尊的男性倾向于选择性格文静的女性,自尊得分低的男性更介意女性薪水比自己高。 4.男性不同的价值观取向在择偶偏好上存在显著性差异。在追求权力和成就和开放性态度这两个维度得分高的人更注重女性大方这一特质;淡泊名利,追求权力和成就,开放性态度得分高的人更倾向于选择性格活泼的女性。
[Abstract]:Mate selection is the premise of human reproduction and continuation, due to different social and cultural backgrounds. Most of the evolutionary psychology theory and the validation of operational assumptions are carried out under the background of western culture. Cultural psychologists believe that the cultural background of the actors has a great impact on their behavior. Domestic preference for unmarried older women has been studied. There are few studies on the preference of unmarried men. In view of this, this study, based on the background of modern culture, makes a certain study on the preference of unmarried young men with culture, which is of great practical significance. This study is divided into two parts. The first part includes virtual marriage advertisement and interviews. First, the participants are asked to write their preferences through a hypothetical scenario, and then they encode the description and filter the variables. Finally, the frequency of the description of the chi-square test, come to a certain conclusion. According to the conclusion, draw up an outline of the interview, and do a simple interview with the subjects. The conclusion of quantitative processing is further explored and supplemented. The second part is based on the first part, through the questionnaire for further research. The relationship between self-esteem and values and male preference for mate selection was studied by Rosenberg and Schwartz values scale. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. There are significant differences in male's age, work or degree in male preference for mate selection. The older the male is, the more attention is paid to the female independence, and the younger the male is to the feminine loveliness; Working men pay more attention to the filial piety of women; Students pay more attention to female loveliness and pay more attention to female education; The more highly educated men are, the more generous women are. 2. Of all the traits, the top three traits are beauty, tenderness and independence. Compared with previous studies, the emphasis on independence is higher. Most men have higher academic qualifications than women. Pay higher than the two sides of the mind, this is different from the traditional concept of men and women low. 3. Male self-esteem has significant difference in mate selection preference. High self-esteem people tend to choose lively women, and low self-esteem men tend to choose quiet women. Men with low self-esteem scores are more likely to mind that women earn more than they do. 4. There are significant differences in the preference of mate selection in different value orientations of men. Those who have higher scores in the pursuit of power and achievement and open attitude pay more attention to the trait of female generosity; Those who are indifferent to fame and wealth, pursue power and achievement, and score high openness are more likely to choose lively women.
