母亲内隐态度对自闭症儿童社交能力的影响

【摘要】:社会功能损伤是自闭症儿童典型的症状特征,社会交往缺陷亦是自闭症儿童的核心缺陷。在自闭症儿童的干预研究中,提升儿童的社会交往能力一直被作为干预的重要目标。母亲作为陪伴自闭症儿童干预训练的第一人,对自己孩子的内隐态度影响其与孩子的互动方式,从而影响到对自闭症儿童社会交往能力的干预效果。本研究从自闭症儿童母亲内隐态度出发,探讨母亲内隐态度对自闭症儿童社会交往能力所产生的影响,在临床上为提升自闭症儿童的社会交往能力的干预方法提供实证性证据。研究采用量化与质性相结合的研究方法,对10对自闭症的儿童及其母亲进行追踪研究。具体为采用前后测实验设计的方法,研究一:自闭症儿童母亲内隐态度的实验研究——运用单类内隐联想测验(SC-IAT)测量经过8次团体心理辅导干预处理后,自闭症儿童母亲的内隐态度的前后差异。研究二:母亲内隐态度对自闭症儿童社交能力影响的问卷研究——在研究一的基础上,运用《自闭症儿童治疗评定量表》(ATEC)对自闭症儿童的社会交往能力维度进行前后测差异检验。研究三:母亲内隐态度对自闭症儿童社交能力影响的个案研究——采用观察法,在自然状态下,对个案进行近5个月的追踪研究,探究自闭症儿童母亲经过干预后与孩子互动的行为变化及自闭症儿童社会行为的变化,为内隐联想测验结果提供质性研究支持。研究结果表明:(1)自闭症儿童母亲对自己孩子的内隐态度总体偏消极;(2)母亲对孩子消极的内隐态度会在与孩子的交流互动交往中体现,表达在母亲对自闭症儿童的认知倾向、情感倾向、行为倾向等维度;(3)团体心理辅导对母亲消极内隐态度起到积极的干预作用;(4)母亲消极的内隐态度会阻碍自闭症儿童社会交往能力的发展;积极的内隐态度能够促进自闭症儿童的社会交往能力的发展。
[Abstract]:Social function impairment is a typical symptom characteristic of autistic children, and social communication deficiency is also the core defect of autistic children. Improving children's social communication ability has been regarded as an important goal of intervention. Mothers as the first person to accompany the intervention training of autistic children, their implicit attitude towards their children affects the way they interact with their children. From the perspective of the implicit attitude of mothers of autistic children, this study explored the influence of the implicit attitude of mothers on the social communication ability of autistic children. It provides empirical evidence for the intervention methods to improve the social communication ability of autistic children. The research adopts the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Ten autistic children and their mothers were followed up. Study 1: an experimental study on the implicit attitude of mothers of autistic children: the single class implicit association test (SC-IATT) was used to measure the maternal implicit attitude of autistic children after eight group psychological counseling interventions. The difference between the implicit attitudes of mothers with autism before and after. Second, the questionnaire study on the influence of mother's implicit attitude on the social ability of autistic children-based on the first study. Use of the Autism Children treatment rating scale (ATECs). The social interaction ability dimension of autistic children was tested before and after testing. Third, the case study of the influence of mother's implicit attitude on the social ability of autistic children-using the observation method. In a natural state, a follow-up study was conducted for nearly five months to explore the behavioral changes of mothers of autistic children who interact with their children after intervention and the changes in social behavior of autistic children. To provide qualitative support for implicit association test results. The results showed that: 1) the implicit attitude of autistic mothers towards their children was generally negative; (2) the negative implicit attitude of mothers towards their children is reflected in the communication and interaction with their children, and is expressed in the dimensions of cognitive tendency, emotional tendency and behavioral tendency of mothers towards autistic children; 3) Group psychological counseling plays a positive role in the intervention of mother's negative implicit attitude; (4) the negative implicit attitude of mothers may hinder the development of social communication ability of autistic children; Positive implicit attitude can promote the development of social communication ability of autistic children.
