中学生恐惧怜悯量表的修订及其初步应用

【摘要】:恐惧怜悯是研究者根据对怜悯和恐惧积极情绪这两个方面的研究,而综合来的一个全新的概念。它指的是人们对怜悯这种积极情绪所产生排斥和恐惧的情绪体验。国外研究发现,恐惧怜悯与个体心理健康水平有着密切的关系,它能够有效的预测如抑郁、焦虑、自残、述情障碍等危险心理因素的产生。因此对恐惧怜悯进行定量的分析有着重要的理论和实践的意义。本文旨在对美国心理学家Gilbert于2011年所编制的恐惧怜悯量表进行修订和信效度检验,以期符合中国的文化背景,并且探索中国文化背景下,中学生恐惧怜悯的总体状况。首先,本文在对原量表进行科学、准确的翻译之后,对12名中学生的进行了半结构式的访谈,根据翻译内容和访谈结果共同形成了初步的恐惧怜悯量表;然后,对524名中学生进行预测,通过项目分析和探索性因子分析对新量表进行修订,并且根据被试中学生的反馈对量表的表述进行进一步的修改,从而形成正式的恐惧怜悯量表;再者,使用正式的恐惧怜悯量表对633名中学生进行施测,通过信效度检验和验证性因子分析,考察恐惧怜悯量表的结构效度;最后抽取四川省6个地区10所初高中的1211名中学生,进行大规模的施测,探索四川省中学生恐惧怜悯的总体状况。主要结果:(1)修订后的中文版恐惧量表有三个相对独立的而又互相联系的层面,分别是:恐惧对他人怜悯、恐惧接受他人怜悯和恐惧自我怜悯。修订后的量表删除了原量表的第7、8、9、10、38道题,保留了剩余的33道题。(2)各个分量表和总量表的一致性信度在0.746~0.920之间,探索性因子分析表明三个分量表都只抽取一个因素较为合适,各个题目在所属分量表上有中度以上(0.4)的负荷。验证性因子分析结果发现χ2/df=2.1695,RMSEA=0.0430.05拟合度较好。而GFI、AGFI、CFI、IFI范围在0.886-0.925,因此本模型有效。另外,经过验证,所修订的中学生恐惧怜悯量表的信效度符合心理测量学要求。(3)四川中学生恐惧怜悯总体状况不是很理想,将近三分之一的中学生恐惧怜悯水平偏高;中学生恐惧怜悯水平在性别上没有显著性差异,但是在年级,家庭所在地、家庭类型、学习满意度、家庭生活水平上存在着显著性差异。
[Abstract]:Fear pity is a study based on two aspects: compassion and positive emotion of fear. It refers to people's emotional experience of rejection and fear caused by the positive emotion of compassion. Foreign studies have found that there is a close relationship between fear compassion and the level of individual mental health. It can effectively predict depression, anxiety, and self-harm. Therefore, quantitative analysis of fear and pity has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper aims to analyze the psychological risk factors such as alexithymia. The purpose of this paper is to make a study of the American psychologist Gilbert in 2011. The scale of fear pity was revised and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested. In order to conform to the Chinese cultural background and explore the general situation of fear and pity of middle school students under the Chinese cultural background. First, after scientific and accurate translation of the original scale. Twelve middle school students were interviewed in a semi-structured way. According to the translation content and the results of the interview, a preliminary fear pity scale was formed. Then, 524 middle school students were predicted, the new scale was revised by item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the expression of the scale was further modified according to the feedback of the middle school students. To form a formal fear and compassion scale; Furthermore, 633 middle school students were tested with the formal fear pity scale, and the structural validity of the fear pity scale was investigated by reliability and validity test and confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, 1 211 middle school students from 10 middle and high schools in 6 regions of Sichuan Province were selected to carry out large-scale tests. Explore the general situation of fear pity in middle school students in Sichuan Province. The main result is: 1) the revised Chinese version of fear scale has three relatively independent and interrelated levels: fear compassion for others. Fear acceptance of compassion and fear of self-pity. The revised scale deleted the original scale No. 7 / 8 / 9 / 1038. The consistency reliability of each component table and total quantity table is between 0.746 and 0.920. Exploratory factor analysis showed that it was more appropriate to extract only one factor from the three subscales. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that 蠂 2 / dfg 2.1695. The fit of RMSEA=0.0430.05 is good, and the range of RMSEA=0.0430.05 is 0.886-0.925, so this model is effective. In addition, it has been verified. The reliability and validity of the revised scale accord with the requirements of psychometrics. 3) the overall situation of fear pity of middle school students in Sichuan province is not very ideal. Nearly 1/3 of the middle school students have a high level of fear pity. There was no significant difference in the level of fear and pity in middle school students but there were significant differences in grade family location family type learning satisfaction and family living standard.
