心理咨询有效因子和咨询方法的整合趋势

【摘要】：心理学家努力对心理咨询的疗效因子和作用机制做出统一的解释,但是研究视角多囿于心理咨询自身的理论和方法,以及不同主张间的考量。从神经生物学的视角讨论心理现象中结构、机能、状态和内容等四个维度间的相互作用,特别是脑科学关于经验改变生理结构的实证依据,考虑心理特征和心理品质的形成机制,对心理咨询的疗效因子提出新的解释。鉴于内心体验和生理结构的联结,导致心理机能和心理状态的改变,提出了身心放松、情景再现和愿望表达为心理咨询的有效因子。
[Abstract]:Psychologists try to make a unified explanation of the therapeutic effect factors and mechanism of psychological counseling, but the research perspective is limited to the theory and method of psychological counseling itself. From the perspective of neurobiology, this paper discusses the interaction among the four dimensions of psychological phenomena: structure, function, state and content. In particular, the empirical basis of brain science to change the physical structure of experience, taking into account the psychological characteristics and psychological characteristics of the formation of the mechanism. In view of the connection between inner experience and physiological structure, which leads to the change of psychological function and mental state, the author puts forward the relaxation of body and mind. Scene representation and wish expression were effective factors in psychological counseling.
