简短曝光对群体凝聚力判断的影响

【摘要】：目的:简短曝光(brief exposures)是指个体在非常有限的样本基础上,可以对他人行为做出准确、可靠的判断。Stillman(2014)发现,简短曝光不仅可以判断个体特征,而且也能准确判断群体凝聚力。然而,简短曝光的信息类型是否影响对群体凝聚力的判断呢?基于此,设计静态照片(实验一)与影像片段(实验二,实验三)两种信息类型,考察简短曝光在预测群体凝聚力时是否有不同的效果,以及探究影像片段在考察简短曝光判断不同类型群体(摇滚乐队,篮球队)的群体凝聚力水平是否有跨领域的相同效果。方法:在实验1,通过对简短的静态照片的判断来判断摇滚乐队的群体凝聚力水平;实验2,通过对简短的10秒影像片段来判断摇滚乐队的群体凝聚力水平。实验3,将研究对象拓展到篮球队,检验通过简短的10秒影像视频可否判断篮球队的凝聚力水平,进而研究所判断的结果与篮球队在实际比赛中的得分是否相关。结果发现:实验一发现,静态照片的简短曝光,对群体凝聚力的判断与摇滚乐队在网络上的点击数量没有显著相关;实验二发现,影像视频的简短曝光,对群体凝聚力的判断与摇滚乐队在网络上的点击数量显著相关;实验三发现,影像视频的简短曝光,对群体凝聚力的判断与篮球队在比赛中的实际得分显著相关。结果表明,所曝光的信息量和信息类型与判断群体凝聚力的有效性有关系。或者说是信息曝光的方式影响简短曝光对群体凝聚力的判断。信息量太过简短的静态的照片不能精准的判断所有类型、领域的群体凝聚力水平,简短的动态的视频可以精准的判断不同类型、领域的群体凝聚力水平(摇滚乐队和篮球队)。
[Abstract]:Objective: brief exposure refers to the ability of individuals to perform accurate behavior of others on a very limited sample basis. Based on this, we designed two kinds of information types: static photo (experiment 1) and image segment (experiment 2, experiment 3) to investigate whether short exposure has different effects in predicting group cohesion. And to explore the short exposure of video clips to determine whether different types of groups (rock band, basketball team) have the same cross-domain effect of group cohesion. Method: in experiment 1. The group cohesion level of rock band is judged by the judgment of brief static photos. Experiment 2, through the brief 10 seconds video clips to determine the rock band group cohesion level. Experiment 3, the study will be extended to the basketball team. To test whether a brief 10 seconds video can judge the cohesion level of the basketball team, and then research whether the results are related to the basketball team score in the actual match. There was no significant correlation between the short exposure of static photos and the number of hits by rock bands on the Internet. Experiment 2 found that the short exposure of video and the judgment of group cohesion were significantly related to the number of hits by rock bands on the Internet. Experiment 3 found that the short exposure of the video and the judgment of group cohesion were significantly related to the basketball team's actual score in the game. The amount and type of information exposed is related to judging the validity of group cohesion. In other words, the way of information exposure affects the judgment of group cohesion by short exposure. Accurate judgment of all types. Level of community cohesion in the field, short dynamic videos can accurately judge different types of areas of group cohesion (rock bands and basketball teams).
