情绪展现规则对焦虑的影响:情绪劳动策略的调节作用

【摘要】:情绪劳动的概念最初是由Hoehschil在企业管理领域的研究中提出的,是指个体按照组织的要求对自身的情绪进行调节、体验和表达的过程。自从Morris和Feldman于1996年提出一个情绪劳动的模型,学者们便开始投入到情绪劳动相关的量化研究中。情绪劳动包括情绪劳动要求和情绪劳动策略,本研究在总结前人研究的基础上,采用实验控制法考察情绪展现规则(情绪劳动要求中的规则性维度)和情绪劳动策略对焦虑的影响,情绪展现规则包括积极展现规则和消极展现规则,情绪劳动策略包括深层行为和表层行为,研究主要包含两部分内容。研究一通过控制自变量(情绪展现规则),探究其对焦虑的影响。结果表明,不同的情绪展现规则会导致被试产生不同水平的焦虑情绪,消极展现规则组相比较积极展现规则组和控制组会产生更多的焦虑情绪,积极展现规则组与控制组比较不会产生更多的焦虑情绪。研究二增加了情绪劳动策略这一自变量,探究情绪劳动策略对情绪展现规则和焦虑之间关系的调节作用。结果表明:情绪展现规则和情绪劳动策略的交互作用显著,情绪劳动策略在情绪展现规则和焦虑之间起调节作用;当采用表层行为策略时,不同情绪展现规则组之间的焦虑变化量没有显著差异;当采用深层行为策略时,不同情绪展现规则组之间的焦虑变化量差异显著,且消极展现规则组表现出的焦虑情绪增长程度更大。
[Abstract]:The concept of emotional labor was originally put forward by Hoehschil in the field of business management, which refers to the individual to regulate their emotions according to the requirements of the organization. The process of experience and expression. Since Morris and Feldman put forward a model of emotional labor in 1996, scholars have been engaged in quantitative research related to emotional labor. Emotional labor includes emotional labor requirements and emotional labor strategies. On the basis of summarizing the previous studies, this study uses the method of experimental control to investigate the influence of emotional display rules (the regular dimension of emotional labor requirements) and emotional labor strategies on anxiety. Emotional presentation rules include positive presentation rules and negative presentation rules. Emotional labor strategies include deep behavior and superficial behavior. The study mainly consists of two parts. First, by controlling the independent variables (emotional presentation rules), we explored their effects on anxiety. The results showed that different emotional presentation rules would lead to different levels of anxiety in the subjects. The negative presentation rule group produced more anxiety than the positive display rule group and the control group, but the positive presentation rule group did not produce more anxiety than the control group. The second study increased the independent variable of emotional labor strategy. The effects of emotional labor strategies on the relationship between emotional presentation rules and anxiety were explored. The results showed that the interaction between emotional presentation rules and emotional labor strategies was significant. Emotional labor strategies play a regulatory role between emotional presentation rules and anxiety; when surface behavioral strategies are used, there is no significant difference in the amount of anxiety changes among different emotional presentation rule groups; when deep behavioral strategies are adopted, there is no significant difference in the changes of anxiety between groups of emotional presentation rules. There were significant differences in the amount of anxiety among different emotional presentation rule groups, and the increase of anxiety in negative presentation rule groups was greater than that in negative presentation rules.
