社会转型期不同社会群体人际冷漠的研究及分析

【摘要】:本研究在理论研究的基础上,通过两种方法,从心理学角度对公务员、教师、医护人员三种不同社会群体的人际冷漠态度进行了实证调查,并对调查结果进行了分析和比较。一是问卷法,考察三种社会群体在人际冷漠态度上是否存在差异。有214名在职公务员、196名在职教师和226名在职医护人员递交了有效问卷,我们对其结果进行定量分析。总结得出,公务员、教师、医护人员在人际冷漠总分上无显著差异,在担心失误维度上,医护人员得分低于公务员、教师,呈显著性差异。二是半结构化深度访谈法。随机抽取5名在职公务员、4名在职教师和5名在职医护人员为访谈对象,采用经典的“扎根理论”,先通过对访谈内容的逐行编码来定义看法和行为,再依次完成二级、三级编码,最后得出三个核心式编码,其中在人际冷漠影响因素此核心式编码中发现,是否具备救助知识是区别三个社会群体人际冷漠的一个重要组成部分。研究得出,(1)公务员、教师、医护人员人际冷漠态度总体上无显著性差异,不存在哪个群体更冷漠,在担心失误维度上,医护人员得分显著低于公务员和教师,主要与是否具备专业救助知识有关;(2)公务员、教师、医护人员的人际冷漠受到多个方面的影响,其影响存在相互交织又区别的特点。(3)三者人际冷漠都受到助人者特征、外部环境因素的影响;但与医护人员相比,公务员、教师的人际冷漠还受到助人者特征的影响;(4)医护人员与公务员、教师人际冷漠的差异原因同其自身的职业特点密切相关;(5)对人际冷漠的改善我们可从宏观层面和微观层面两方面着手;(6)三者对人际冷漠现状的态度呈现出一致性:社会大方向是积极的,人际冷漠现象的存在仅为个别现象。
[Abstract]:On the basis of theoretical research, this study investigates the interpersonal apathy attitudes of civil servants, teachers and medical staff in three different social groups from the perspective of psychology through two methods. The results were analyzed and compared. First, questionnaire was used to investigate whether there were differences in interpersonal apathy among the three social groups. 214 in-service civil servants, 196 serving teachers and 226 in-service health care workers submitted valid questionnaires. In conclusion, there is no significant difference in the total interpersonal apathy of civil servants, teachers and medical staff. In the dimension of worrying about mistakes, the scores of medical and nursing personnel are lower than those of civil servants and teachers. There were significant differences. Second, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted. Five in-service civil servants, four in-service teachers and five in-service health care workers were randomly selected as the subjects. Using the classical "rooted theory", the author defines the view and behavior through the line-by-line coding of the interview content, and then completes the two-level and third-level coding in turn, and finally obtains three core codes. Among them, in the core coding of influencing factors of interpersonal apathy, it is found that the existence of rescue knowledge is an important part of distinguishing interpersonal apathy among three social groups. There was no significant difference in interpersonal apathy among medical and nursing personnel, and there was no significant difference between them. The scores of medical and nursing staff were significantly lower than those of civil servants and teachers in the dimension of worrying about errors, mainly related to whether they had professional knowledge of relief or not. The interpersonal apathy of teachers and medical personnel is influenced by many aspects, and its influence is intertwined and distinct. (3) all three interpersonal apathy are influenced by the characteristics of helpers and external environmental factors; however, compared with health care workers, civil servants, Teachers' interpersonal apathy is also influenced by the characteristics of helpers. (4) Medical and health care workers and civil servants, Teachers' differences in interpersonal apathy are closely related to their own professional characteristics. (5) the improvement of interpersonal apathy can be carried out from the macro and micro levels) the attitude of the three towards the present situation of interpersonal apathy is consistent. : the general direction of society is positive. The existence of interpersonal apathy is only an individual phenomenon.
