大学生自我效能感、生活节奏与心理健康的关系—四年追踪研究

【摘要】:大学生处于人生的重要转折阶段,大学生的心理健康也一直是心理学研究关注的重点。本研究跟踪调查了765名大学生的自我效能感、生活节奏和心理健康发展变化情况,分析大学生不同自我效能感、生活节奏对心理健康的影响。通过采用自我效能感量表(GSES)、生活节奏问卷(The Life Rhythm Scale)、积极心理健康量表(Positive Mental Health Scale-9),对大学生自我效能感、生活节奏、心理健康连续四年跟踪。研究表明自我效能感、生活节奏与心理健康的三者之间存在密切关系,并且存在不同的发展趋势。结果发现:(1)大学生每年的自我效能感与心理健康均存在显著相关,每年的自我效能感都可以显著预测当年的心理健康,其中大二的自我效能感还可以显著预测大三和大四的心理健康。(2)大学生每年的生活节奏与心理健康均存在显著相关,每年的生活节奏都可以显著预测当年的心理健康。(3)大学生的自我效能感在大三时处于最低水平,在大四时处于最高水平。(4)大四的自我效能感存在显著的经济状况差异。三年的自我效能感均不存在显著的性别差异,也不存在显著的生源地差异。(5)大学生的生活节奏在大二时最为规律,在大一时最为不规律。(6)大一、大二和大四时城市大学生的生活节奏显著比农村大学生的生活节奏更加规律。大一和大四时经济条件好的学生的生活节奏显著比经济条件不好的学生的生活节奏更加规律。四年生活节奏均不存在显著的性别差异。(7)大学生的心理健康水平呈显著增长,心理健康稳定发展,每年的心理健康都可以显著预测追踪的心理健康。(8)大学四年里,女生的心理健康显著高于男生的心理健康。农村大学生的心理健康在大四时显著低于城市大学生的心理健康。经济条件好的大学生在大一、大三和大四的心理健康显著高于经济条件不好的学生。(9)每年的生活节奏在自我效能感对当年的心理健康影响中发挥中介作用。生活节奏在自我效能感对追踪的心理健康影响中同样发挥中介作用。
[Abstract]:College students are at an important turning point in their lives, and their mental health has always been the focus of psychological research. This study investigated 765 college students' self-efficacy, life rhythm and changes in their mental health. This paper analyzes the influence of different self-efficacy and life rhythm on college students' mental health. By using the self-efficacy scale, the Life Rhythm scale, and the positive Mental Health Scale-9, the self-efficacy and life rhythm of college students are studied. Mental health has been tracked for four consecutive years. Studies have shown that there is a close relationship between self-efficacy, rhythm of life and mental health. The results show that there is a significant correlation between self-efficacy and mental health of college students, and that self-efficacy can predict mental health significantly. The sense of self-efficacy of sophomore students can also significantly predict the mental health of junior and senior students.) there is a significant correlation between the rhythm of life and mental health of college students every year. The rhythm of life every year can significantly predict the mental health of college students in that year.) the sense of self-efficacy of college students is at the lowest level when they are in the third year of college. There were significant differences in the economic status of self-efficacy in senior students, but there was no significant gender difference in self-efficacy in three years. There is also no significant difference in the origin of students. 5) the rhythm of life of college students is the most regular in the sophomore year and the most irregular in the freshman year. The rhythm of life of urban college students in sophomore and senior years was significantly more regular than that of rural college students. The rhythm of life of students with good economic conditions in freshmen and senior years was significantly higher than that of students with poor economic conditions. There was no significant gender difference in the rhythm of life in four years. (7) the mental health level of college students increased significantly. Mental health develops steadily, and every year's mental health can significantly predict the tracked mental health.) for four years, The mental health of female students was significantly higher than that of boys. The mental health of rural college students was significantly lower than that of urban college students in their senior year. The mental health of junior and senior students is significantly higher than that of students with poor financial condition.) the rhythm of life plays an intermediary role in the influence of self-efficacy on mental health in that year. Health effects also play an intermediary role.
