留守青少年心理行为问题及其矫正策略研究

【摘要】：随着改革开放步伐的迈进与加快,我国的城市发展跨入新的阶段,社会的各项事业蓬勃发展,城市现代化和工业化发展不断加快,吸引了大量的农村剩余劳动力开始向城市转移,社会结构因此发生着巨大的变化。在这些向城市转移的务工人员中,有很多已经为人父母了,其中一部分儿童能够跟随父母进入城市学习和生活,但是大部分却不能跟随父母一起到城市,由于受到城乡二元结构、户籍制度、经济能力和基本保障问题等诸多方面的限制,大多数青少年只能被迫留在农村,他们也因此而产生许多心理行为问题。留守青少年问题己经成为各方关注的社会问题,引起了政府的高度重视,成为了当下函待解决的社会问题。本课题依据心理学、教育学、社会学的理论知识,运用科学的研究方法,对赣州市周边留守青少年进行问卷调查、直接面谈等方法,尤其以赣州市某中学的学生为主要素材,收集可靠有分析价值的资料和数据,分析留守青少年心理行为问题的相关因素。通过分析发现,由于家庭结构不合理,学校教育不到位,留守青少年这一弱势群体相比于其他青少年来说更容易产生心理行为问题,这些问题不仅不利于留守青少年自身的健康成长,更严重影响了学校正常教学活动的展开和社会秩序的稳定发展,有碍于社会主义和谐社会的建设。所以,在这个情况下,对留守青少年的心理行为问题进行研究,以此为依据提出有针对性地、有效地的矫正措施是很有必要的。本课题以留守青少年及其心理行为问题为研究对象,通过研究这些问题的现状、表现和原因,归纳出有建设性的解决策略,帮助家庭和学校解决留守青少年的心理行为问题,维护社会的稳定。本课题研究主要研究五个方面的内容,第一部分是选题的背景、意义和研究现状,并在此基础上确定研究的基本思路和方法,第二部分研究留守青少年心理行为问题的现状和表现,第三部分分析了留守青少年心理行为问题产生的原因,第四部分提出了具体的矫正策略,最后一部分是总结和展望。如何让这些缺乏基本家庭教育和家庭温暖的孩子在成长中形成健全的人格、健康的心理、正常的行为习惯和正确的三观,是摆在学校、社会和家长面前的一项十分迫切的任务,更是构建社会主义和谐社会的基本要求。通过社会改革、学校教育创新、家庭教育回归和行为矫正等,共同干预和矫正留守青少年的心理行为问题,优化留守青少年的成长环境。
[Abstract]:With the pace of reform and opening up, China's urban development has entered a new stage, the social undertakings are booming, the development of urban modernization and industrialization continues to accelerate. It has attracted a lot of surplus rural labor and started to move to cities, and the social structure has changed dramatically. Many of these migrant workers have already become parents. Some of them can follow their parents to study and live in the city, but most of them cannot follow their parents to the city. Because of the constraints of the urban-rural dual structure, the household registration system, the economic ability and the basic security problems, etc. Most teenagers are forced to stay in the countryside, and as a result, they have a lot of psychological and behavioral problems. The problem of left-behind teenagers has become a social issue of concern to all parties and has aroused great attention from the government. This subject is based on the theoretical knowledge of psychology, pedagogy and sociology, and applies scientific research methods to carry out questionnaires, direct interviews, and so on, to the left-behind teenagers around Ganzhou City. Especially taking the students of a middle school in Ganzhou as the main material, collecting reliable and analytical data, analyzing the related factors of psychological behavior problems of the left-behind teenagers. Through the analysis, it is found that the family structure is unreasonable. If school education is not in place, the disadvantaged group of left-behind teenagers are more likely to have psychological and behavioral problems than other young people. These problems are not only detrimental to the healthy growth of left-behind teenagers themselves, It has seriously affected the development of normal teaching activities in schools and the stable development of social order, which is hindering the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Therefore, in this case, the psychological and behavioral problems of left-behind teenagers are studied. Based on this, it is very necessary to put forward targeted and effective corrective measures. This topic takes the left-behind teenagers and their psychological behavior problems as the research object, through the study of the current situation, performance and reasons of these problems, A constructive solution strategy is summarized to help families and schools solve the psychological and behavioral problems of left-behind teenagers and maintain social stability. The first part is the background of the topic. On the basis of this, the author determines the basic ideas and methods of the research. The second part studies the present situation and performance of the psychological behavior problems of the left-behind teenagers. The third part analyzes the causes of the psychological behavior problems of the left-behind teenagers. The 4th part puts forward the concrete corrective strategy, the last part is the summary and the prospect. How to let these children lack the basic family education and the family warmth to form the sound personality and the healthy psychology in the growth, Normal behavior habits and correct three views are an urgent task in front of schools, society and parents, and are also the basic requirements for building a harmonious socialist society. Through social reform, school education is innovated. Family education return and behavior correction, intervention and correction of psychological behavior problems of left-behind teenagers, optimize the growth environment of left-behind teenagers.
