ABC理论在学龄前儿童情绪管理能力培养中的应用

【摘要】:情绪管理就是通过对个人或者对群体情绪管理能力的认知,对其出现偏差的情绪行为进行适当的引导和控制,做到能够充分的挖掘出个人或者群体情绪管理的能力,从而确保个体和群体有一个稳定的良好的情绪状态。情绪管理的能力在儿童早期情绪发展过程中起着非常重要的作用,并且与儿童的自我控制能力的培养有着密切的内在联系,对儿童的后续发展有着深远的影响。 在研究中,笔者运用ABC理论即合理情绪治疗模式与小组工作相结合的方法,通过四次小组活动,使小组成员意识到情绪管理的重要性,并积极的去尝试换位思考(同理心的介入)从而最终达到控制自己的情绪,提高自身情绪管理能力的目的。四次小组活动采用了讨论,视频,游戏等多种方式,并通过小组组员最后的分享还有对其家长前测后测的问卷对比,小组活动达到了最初的目标。 笔者认为,通过ABC理论与小组工作的结合,是对ABC理论运用的一种全新的尝试,也符合学龄前儿童心智发展的需要。根据笔者研究表明,学龄前儿童的情绪管理能力是能够提高的,且小组活动也是较为适合学龄前儿童的一种方式,但是小组活动仅仅是短期的暂时性的活动。培养孩子情绪管理的能力也应该得到老师和家长的高度重视,从而给学龄前儿童营造一个良好的情绪氛围,并关注儿童的情绪变化,做到很好的引导,主要从其对待事务的认知(即ABC理论中的B)去引导孩子采取理性的情绪和行为,为其以后的学习生活营造更好的一种情绪氛围,对其以后的成长起到很大的帮助。
[Abstract]:Emotional management is through the individual or group of emotional management ability of cognition, to its deviant emotional behavior appropriate guidance and control, so as to fully tap out the individual or group emotional management ability, Thus ensuring that individuals and groups have a stable and good emotional state. The ability of emotional management plays a very important role in the early development of children's emotions, and is closely related to the development of children's self-control ability. It has a profound influence on the children's follow-up development. In the study, the author used the method of combining rational emotional therapy model with group work, and made the group members realize the importance of emotional management through four group activities. And actively try to transpose thinking (the intervention of empathy) in order to ultimately achieve the purpose of controlling their own emotions and improving their emotional management ability. Four group activities adopted various methods such as discussion, video, games, etc. Through the group members' final sharing and the comparison of their parents' pre-test and post-test questionnaires, the group activities reached the initial goal. The author believes that the combination of ABC theory and group work is a new attempt to apply ABC theory and meets the needs of preschool children's mental development. Preschool children's emotional management skills can be improved, and group activities are more suitable for preschool children a way, But group activities are only temporary activities in the short term. The ability to develop children's emotional management should also be highly valued by teachers and parents, so as to create a good emotional atmosphere for preschool children and pay attention to children's emotional changes. To achieve good guidance, mainly from the perspective of their perception of affairs (that is, B in ABC theory) to guide children to adopt rational emotions and behaviors, so as to create a better emotional atmosphere for their later study life. To its later growth plays a very big help.
