大学生人格特质与求职行为的关系研究

【摘要】:随着高校的不断扩招,大学生的毕业生人数逐年上升,大学生就业问题成为社会讨论的热点问题,大学生的求职行为也就受到越来越多的关注。本研究就人格特质与求职行为的关系进行分析论述,首先编制出适用于大学生的求职行为问卷,然后选取了大五人格、主动性人格和职业决策自我效能作为人格特质的测量变量,探索其与求职行为、求职努力和求职结果的关系。 研究结果表明: (1)本研究编制的求职行为问卷分为两个维度:面试前准备行为和直接求职行为,子维度的α系数分别为0.863和0.869; (2)大五人格中的责任心维度与其他变量的各个维度的相关都非常显著;职业决策自我效能的各维度(自我评价、收集信息、目标筛选、制定计划和问题解决)、主动性人格、求职行为的两维度(面试前准备行为和直接求职行为)、求职努力和求职结果(面试数目和录取通知数目)之间是两两相关的,且相关都显著; (3)责任心通过求职自我效能作用于求职行为,责任心通过求职自我效能也可以作用于求职努力和求职结果;求职自我效能可以直接作用于求职结果,对求职结果产生影响,也可以通过求职行为对求职结果产生影响,同时亦可以通过求职努力对求职结果产生影响;责任心不能直接作用于求职结果,但是其可以通过求职自我效能和求职行为对求职结果产生影响,也可以通过求职自我效能和求职努力对求职结果产生影响。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of graduates is increasing year by year. The employment of college students has become a hot issue in the society. The relationship between personality traits and job-seeking behavior is analyzed and discussed. Firstly, a questionnaire for college students' job-seeking behavior is compiled, and then the Big five personality is selected. The active personality and self-efficacy of career decision-making are measured variables of personality traits, and the relationship between active personality and job search behavior, job search efforts and job search results is explored. The results show that:. 1) the questionnaire is divided into two dimensions: preinterview preparation behavior and direct job-seeking behavior, the 伪 coefficients of sub-dimension are 0.863 and 0.869 respectively; (2) the correlation between the responsibility dimension of Big five personality and other variables is very significant, and the dimensions of self-efficacy in career decision-making (self-evaluation, information collection, goal screening, planning and problem solving, active personality, etc. The two dimensions of job search behavior (preinterview preparation behavior and direct job search behavior), job search efforts and job search results (number of interviews and the number of admission notices) are two correlation, and the correlation is significant; 3) responsibility acts on job search behavior through job search self-efficacy, responsibility can also affect job search efforts and results through job search self-efficacy, job search self-efficacy can directly affect job search results, which has an impact on job search results. It can also have an impact on the job search result through the job search behavior, and can also have an impact on the job search result through the job search efforts; the responsibility can not directly affect the job search result. However, it can influence the job search result through self-efficacy and behavior, and it can also affect the job search result by self-efficacy and effort.
