自我概念清晰性与生命意义感及主观幸福感的关系

【摘要】：目的:探讨自我概念清晰性对生命意义感及主观幸福感的作用,并考察基本心理需要满足在其中的中介作用。方法:通过纵向问卷研究形式,采用方便取样收集数据,时间点1收集了241份数据,间隔2个月后的时间点2收集了168份数据,匹配样本为118份。两次数据收集采用的量表包括:自我概念清晰性量表、基本心理需要满足量表、生命意义感问卷、幸福感指数量表和正性负性情绪量表。结果:自我概念清晰性得分与拥有意义感得分呈正相关(r=0.33,P0.01),与主观幸福感得分呈正相关(r=0.37,P0.01)。以自我概念清晰性得分为预测变量,基本心理需要满足得分作为中介变量,拥有意义感得分及主观幸福感得分作为结果变量建立的结构方程模型均拟合良好,基本心理需要满足得分在自我概念清晰性得分与拥有意义感及主观幸福感得分间起纵向中介作用。结论:自我概念清晰性可以正向预测拥有意义感和主观幸福感,基本心理需要满足在其中起到完全中介作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of self-concept clarity on the sense of meaning of life and subjective well-being, and to investigate the intermediary role of basic psychological needs in it. Time point 1 collected 241 data, and time point 2 between 2 months collected 168 data, the matching sample was 118. The scales used in the two data collection included: self-concept clarity scale, basic psychological needs satisfaction scale, and so on. Sense of Life questionnaire, Results: there was a positive correlation between the scores of self-concept clarity and the scores of sense of meaning, and a positive correlation with the scores of subjective well-being, and a positive correlation between the scores of self-concept clarity and the scores of subjective well-being. The structural equation model established by the scores of basic psychological needs satisfaction as intermediate variables, the scores of sense of meaning and subjective well-being as outcome variables all fit well. The scores of basic psychological needs satisfaction play a longitudinal role in the relationship between the scores of self-concept clarity and the scores of sense of meaning and subjective well-being. Conclusion: Self-concept clarity can positively predict the sense of meaning and subjective well-being. Basic psychological needs meet in which play a complete intermediary role.
