【摘要】：同伴关系作为高中生人际关系的主体部分,对个体心理健康的发展具有重大影响。高一学生由初中进入高中,在与新的同学进行交流与交往、建立同伴关系方面着实存在问题,急需指导。团体干预作为一种广受学生欢迎的心理辅导方式,其应用研究表明对中学生同伴关系具有明显改善作用。因此,对高一学生同伴关系问题进行团体干预是十分合理并且有必要的。本研究分为调查和干预两部分。第一部分采用郑日昌教授编制的《同学关系测验问卷》对辽宁省某中学高一年级6个班的学生进行调查,了解了高一学生同伴关系的现状及存在的问题。第二部分采用实验组控制组前后测的研究设计,根据对前测数据的分析,筛选出两个同质班,根据问卷所反应的问题编制8此团体心理辅导。随机选出一个班作为实验组,只对实验组进行同伴关系团体辅导,实验结束后采用《同学关系测验问卷》、《同伴关系团体辅导满意度调查问卷》对各组进行后测,收集数据,分析团体辅导方案的干预效果。本研究结论如下:(1)辽宁省某中学高一学生同伴关系问题困扰程度比较严重,主要集中在交际与交友和待人接物两个方面,异性交往方面虽然存在一定问题,但程度较轻;(2)辽宁省某中学高一学生在交谈能力维度无显著问题,有较强的交谈能力;(3)本研究中设计的同伴关系团体辅导方案是能够显著改善高一学生同伴关系的辅导方案,可以在实践中应用。
[Abstract]:Peer relationship, as the main part of high school students' interpersonal relationship, has a great influence on the development of individual mental health. Group intervention is a popular psychological counseling method for students, and its applied research shows that it can improve the peer relationship of middle school students obviously. It is very reasonable and necessary to carry out group intervention on peer relationship of senior one students. This study is divided into two parts: investigation and intervention. The first part uses the questionnaire of classmate relationship test compiled by professor Zheng Richang to Liaoning province. A survey was carried out among the students in 6 classes in the first grade of a high school in a province. The present situation and problems of peer relationship of senior one students are understood. In the second part, according to the analysis of pre-test data, two homogenous classes are selected according to the research design of the control group in the experimental group before and after the test. According to the questions reflected in the questionnaire, 8 the group psychological counseling was compiled. A class was chosen as the experimental group at random, and only the peer relationship group counseling was carried out for the experimental group. At the end of the experiment, the students' relationship Test questionnaire and the Peer Relations Group Counseling satisfaction questionnaire were used to collect the data. This paper analyzes the intervention effect of group counseling program. The conclusions are as follows: 1) the problem of peer relationship among senior middle school students in Liaoning Province is very serious, which mainly focuses on two aspects: communication and making friends and dealing with people. Although there are some problems in heterosexual communication, the degree is relatively light. 2) there is no significant problem in the dimension of conversational ability of a senior middle school student in Liaoning Province. The peer relationship group counseling scheme designed in this study is a kind of counseling program which can significantly improve the peer relationship of senior one students and can be applied in practice.
