中职生心理虐待和忽视、情绪调节方式与心理健康的关系研究

【摘要】:心理虐待和忽视是指抚养者的行为方式对青少年造成了不良的后果。中职生处于身心发展的关键阶段,又是较少受到社会关注的一类群体,其在经历该现象时会采用不同的情绪调节方式。以往研究表明情绪调节方式对个体心理健康有重要作用,但是对于影响中职生心理健康水平中起到中介作用的因素并没有进一步探索。本研究以保定市两所职业中学的393名中职生为研究对象,以心理虐待和忽视量表、情绪调节方式问卷、中学生心理健康量表为测量工具,使用量表法,以探讨其心理虐待和忽视、情绪调节方式、心理健康的总体状况以及三者之间的关系,同时探索情绪调节方式在其中的中介作用。研究结果表明:1.中职生经历了心理虐待和忽视,且在性别、父母离异上差异显著。其中女生更多的感受到了情感忽视,离异家庭的中职生更多的感受到了心理虐待和忽视(除干涉)。2.中职生在对情绪的调节中,多使用忽视。面对正性情绪时,多使用增强调节;面对负性情绪时,多使用减弱调节,原因调节。3.中职生的心理健康存在轻度问题。其心理健康水平在性别、父母是否离异上差异显著。其中男生更容易情绪不稳定,父母离异的中职生更容易适应不良,4.心理虐待和忽视与情绪调节方式整体上呈显著正相关,且心理虐待和忽视(责骂)可显著预测中职生情绪调节方式状况。5.心理虐待和忽视与心理健康整体上呈显著正相关,且心理虐待和忽视(情感忽视、责骂、干涉)可显著预测中职生心理健康状况;6.情绪调节方式与心理健康整体上呈显著相关,且情绪调节方式(反应调节、宣泄、负情绪的增强调节)对中职生的心理健康有显著的正向预测作用;7.情绪调节方式在心理虐待和忽视对心理健康的影响中起到部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Psychological abuse and neglect refers to the negative consequences of the behavior style of the uppers on teenagers. Secondary vocational students are at a critical stage of their physical and mental development, and they are also a group of people who are less concerned by the society. Previous studies have shown that emotional regulation plays an important role in the mental health of individuals. However, there is no further exploration on the factors that play an intermediary role in the mental health level of secondary vocational school students. In this study, 393 secondary vocational students in two vocational schools in Baoding City were chosen as the subjects, and the psychological abuse and neglect scale was used as the research object. The questionnaire of emotional regulation style and the mental health scale of middle school students were used to study the relationship among them, such as psychological abuse and neglect, emotional regulation mode, the general state of mental health, and the relationship between them. The results showed that the secondary vocational students experienced psychological abuse and neglect, and there were significant differences in gender and parental divorce. Among them, female students felt emotional neglect more often. Secondary vocational students from divorced families feel more psychological abuse and neglect (except intervention). Secondary vocational students use more neglect in their emotional regulation. When they face positive emotions, they use more enhanced regulation; when facing negative emotions, they often use weakened regulation. The mental health of secondary vocational school students has slight problems. The mental health level of secondary vocational school students is significantly different in sex and whether their parents are divorced. Among them, male students are more likely to be emotionally unstable. Secondary vocational students divorced from their parents are more likely to adapt to maladjustment 4.Psychological abuse and neglect are significantly positively correlated with emotional regulation patterns as a whole. Psychological abuse and neglect (scolding) can significantly predict the emotional regulation of secondary vocational students. 5. Psychological abuse and neglect and mental abuse and neglect (emotional neglect, scolding) were significantly positively correlated with mental health. Intervention) can significantly predict the mental health status of secondary vocational school students. 6. There is a significant correlation between emotional regulation mode and mental health, and emotional regulation mode (response regulation, catharsis), Negative emotion enhancement regulation) has a significant positive predictive effect on mental health of secondary vocational school students. Emotional regulation mode plays a part of intermediary role in psychological abuse and neglect on mental health.
