大学生正念水平与主观幸福感的关系:抑郁、自我控制的中介和调节作用

【摘要】:主观幸福感指的是个体依照自身的评定标准,对其生活满意度、积极情感以及消极情感的体验。主观幸福感作为心理健康水平的指标,是现代高校思想健康教育工作者关注的重点,已经成为研究者们研究的主要内容。正念是指个体对注意的控制,客观的观察并接受当下发生的身心状态和变化。正念作为认知和行为疗法第三浪潮,受到越来越多的研究者的青睐。抑郁是指个体在遭遇生活中遇到不良事件时所产生的痛苦、悲伤等负面情绪体验,并由此引发的一系列生理和心理症状以及行为问题;自我控制是指个体通过对自身情绪、行为的管理,抑制冲动行为与习惯性行为反应,并且有意识的调节内部心理活动以及外显行为,从而让自身符合社会规范或达到某种目标。个体的抑郁和自我控制对于一个人的健康人格、良好的人际关系等方面培养与发展有至关重要的作用。以往的研究发现个体的正念水平除了直接对主观幸福感产生影响之外,两者之间还可能存在其他影响因素,抑郁和自我控制是影响个体主观幸福感的重要内部因素,因此本研究引入了抑郁和自我控制两变量,一方面了解大学生正念水平、抑郁、自我控制和主观幸福感的总体情况;另一方面围绕正念水平和主观幸福感的关系,探讨抑郁和自我控制在两者之间的作用机制。本研究运用文献综述法,对已有研究进行深入的分析与探讨,随后采用问卷调查法对四川省四所高校不同性别、年级、生源地和独生与非独生女子的800名本科生进行调查研究。研究不仅丰富了大学生正念水平和主观幸福感的研究成果,并且针对如何提高主观幸福感提出了相关建议。研究得出以下结论:1、大学生正念水平在性别、年级、以及独生子女上不存在差异,在生源地上存在显著性差异;其分维度在性别、年级、生源地以及独生子女上存在显著性差异;2、大学生抑郁在性别、独生子女上不存在差异,在年级、生源地上存在显著性差异;3、大学生自我控制在性别、生源地上不存在差异,在年级、独生子女上存在显著性差异;其分维度在性别、生源地上存在显著性差异;4、大学生主观幸福感在性别、年级、生源地以及独生子女上不存在差异;分维度在独生子女上存在显著性差异;5、大学生正念水平、抑郁和主观幸福感呈两两显著相关;6、抑郁在大学生正念水平与主观幸福感之间具有部分中介效应;7、自我控制在大学生正念水平与主观幸福感之间具有调节效应;8、抑郁对大学生正念水平与主观幸福感的中介作用受到了自我控制的调节,即存在一个有调节的中介效应。
[Abstract]:Subjective Well-being refers to an individual's experience of life satisfaction, positive emotion and negative emotion according to his own assessment criteria. Subjective Well-being (SWB) is used as an indicator of the level of mental health. It is the focus of the ideological and health education workers in modern colleges and universities, and has become the main research content of researchers. Mindfulness refers to the individual control of attention. As the third wave of cognitive and behavioral therapy, mindfulness, as the third wave of cognitive and behavioral therapy, is favored by more and more researchers. Sadness and other negative emotional experiences, and a series of physical and psychological symptoms and behavioral problems; Self-control refers to the suppression of impulsive behavior and habitual behavior by controlling one's own emotions and behaviors. And consciously regulate internal psychological activities and explicit behavior, so that they conform to social norms or achieve certain goals. Individual depression and self-control for a person's healthy personality, Cultivation and development of good interpersonal relationships play an important role. Previous studies have found that there may be other influencing factors between the two factors in addition to the direct impact on subjective well-being. Depression and self-control are important internal factors influencing individual subjective well-being, so this study introduces two variables of depression and self-control, on the one hand, to understand the overall situation of college students' mindfulness, depression, self-control and subjective well-being; On the other hand, the relationship between the level of mindfulness and subjective well-being is discussed, and the mechanism of depression and self-control is discussed. Then a questionnaire survey was conducted on 800 undergraduates with different gender, grade, student origin and only and non-only child in four universities in Sichuan province. The research not only enriches the research results of the level of mindfulness and subjective well-being of college students. And put forward the relevant suggestions on how to improve subjective well-being. The following conclusions: 1, there are no differences in the level of mindfulness of college students in gender, grade, and only child, there are significant differences in the origin of students; There were significant differences in gender, grade, origin of students and only child. 2. There was no difference in depression among college students, there was no difference in only child, there was significant difference in grade and source of students, and the self-control of college students was in gender. There is no difference in the origin of students, but there is significant difference in grade and only child. 4, the subjective well-being of college students is in gender, grade. There is no difference in the origin of students and the only child, and there is significant difference in the dimension of the only child. 5, the level of mindfulness of college students. Depression and subjective well-being were significantly correlated with depression. Depression had a partial mediating effect between the level of mindfulness and subjective well-being of college students. Self-control had a regulatory effect between the level of mindfulness and subjective well-being of college students. The mediating effect of depression on the level of mindfulness and subjective well-being of college students is regulated by self-control. That is, there is a regulated intermediary effect.
