新手咨询师团体督导关系的质性研究

【摘要】:新手咨询师刚迈入专业心理咨询的大门,开始接受正规、系统的培训,但是他们作为初学者又尚未具备足够的技能和经验。新手咨询师的成长事关心理咨询行业未来发展的质量,本阶段的主观体验和应对方式会在很大程度上决定他们将来的生涯发展。成为合格的心理咨询师必备的一个重要环节是接受督导,而目前新手咨询师参加最多的督导形式为团体督导。 积极而富有成效的督导关系对于成功的督导起着决定性的作用,团体督导中的督导关系复杂而有层次性。本研究旨在探索新手咨询师团体督导关系的影响因素及其对于督导效能或被督导者的学习和成长的作用维度的模型。 本研究采用建构扎根理论取向的质性研究范式,对10名咨询经验在两年以下的新手咨询师进行关于团体督导关系的深度访谈,并对访谈材料进行编码研究,主要研究结论如下: 1、新手咨询师团体督导中的督导关系主要受到以下三方面因素的影响: 1)督导师的影响其内涵包括:督导师的个人特质;督导师的胜任能力;督导师的行为表现和应对方式;以及督导师的取向、咨询风格及工作方式。 2)同伴的影响其内涵包括:被督导者不同层次的需要;被督导者经验的差异;被督导者的个体差异;以及被督导者的行为表现及应对方式。 3)其他方面的影响其内涵包括:成员的缺席与迟到;督导目标是否明确、设置及结构化是否严格;时间资源管理等。 2、新手咨询师团体督导中的督导关系通过以下三个维度作用于被督导者的学习和成长:1)人际距离;2)团体动力;3)情绪体验。
[Abstract]:The novice counsellor has just entered the door of professional psychological counseling and began to receive formal and systematic training. But they don't have enough skills and experience as beginners. The growth of novice counselors is about the quality of the future development of the counseling industry. The subjective experience and coping style of this stage will largely determine their future career development. At present, novice consultants participate in the majority of the form of supervision for group supervision. A positive and productive supervisory relationship plays a decisive role in successful supervision. The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of the group supervision relationship of novice consultants and the model of its effect on the effectiveness of supervision or the learning and growth of the supervised person. In this study, 10 novice consultants with less than two years' experience were interviewed in depth on the relationship of group supervision, and the interview materials were coded. The main findings are as follows:. 1. The supervisory relationship in the group supervision of novice consultants is mainly influenced by the following three factors:. 1) the connotations of the influence of the supervisor include: the personal characteristics of the supervisor; the competence of the supervisor; the behavior and coping style of the supervisor; and the orientation, consulting style and working style of the supervisor. 2) the connotation of peer influence includes: the needs of the supervised person at different levels, the difference of the experience of the supervised person, the individual difference of the supervised person, and the behavior performance and coping style of the supervised person. 3) the implications of other aspects include: the absence and lateness of the members; whether the supervision goal is clear, the setting and structuring is strict; and the time and resource management, and so on. 2. The supervisory relationship in the group supervision of novice counselors acts on the learning and growth of the supervised person through the following three dimensions: 1) interpersonal distance) 2) group motivation and 3) emotional experience.
