团体心理辅导提高中职生人际交往能力的应用研究

【摘要】：中职生的心理健康问题一直是教育界普遍关注的问题,而心理健康问题中的人际交往问题则更是研究的重中之重。有研究者通过相关的调查和研究得出结论,中职生群体中的很大一部分在人际交往方面都有一定的缺陷,但是,他们同时在内心深处都强烈的渴望与他人交往。研究者通过长期的调查和研究最终发现：绝大部分中职生在入校之后都会遇到让自己心烦的问题,而最让他们心烦的则是他们普遍认为自己的人际交往能力较差,很难与别人进行有效的人际交往。他们困惑的是该如何表现以及表达自己,该如何处理好师生之间的关系,该如何安排好与异性之间的关系。总而言之,人际交往问题已经成为困扰中职生的重要心理问题,如何有效解决中职生的人际交往问题,改善中职生的人际交往能力,无疑已经成为心理辅导研究和实践的热点问题。相关研究表明：运用团体心理辅导可以有效培养中职生的人际交往能力。但是通过查阅相关的文献资料,发现对于此类问题的研究缺乏一定的系统性和更加明确的方法指导,所以,应该对该问题进行更加系统的研究。基于此种情况,本文把怎样通过团体心理辅导培养中职生的人际交往能力作为主要研究目标,并运用团体心理辅导对培养中职生的人际交往能力进行了具体的实践研究。研究结果表明：运用团体心理辅导确实可以在一定程度上培养中职生的人际交往能力。中职生由于人际关系不良而产生的不良情绪得到了很好的改善；中职生的人际交往水平也得到了提高。中职生的人际交往问题是影响中职生在校生活、学习以及未来职业生涯的重要问题,对于这个问题的研究可以为培养中职生的人际交往能力提供理论和经验上的借鉴。再加上对于相关问题的研究普遍缺乏系统性,这也为本文的研究赋予了一定的理论意义、实践意义以及创新意义。
[Abstract]:The mental health of secondary vocational school students has always been a widespread concern in the educational field, and interpersonal communication is the most important issue in the study of mental health. Some researchers have reached a conclusion through relevant investigations and studies. A large part of the secondary vocational school students have certain defects in interpersonal communication, but, At the same time, they had a strong desire to socialize with others deep down in their hearts. After a long period of investigation and research, the researchers found that most of the secondary vocational students encountered problems that upset them after entering school. What bothers them most is that they generally think that their interpersonal skills are poor and that it is difficult to communicate effectively with other people. What puzzles them is how to behave and express themselves and how to handle the relationship between teachers and students. In a word, interpersonal communication has become an important psychological problem for secondary vocational students. How to effectively solve the interpersonal problems of secondary vocational students and improve their interpersonal skills, Undoubtedly, psychological counseling has become a hot issue in research and practice. Relevant studies show that the use of group psychological counseling can effectively cultivate the interpersonal skills of secondary vocational students. However, by consulting the relevant literature, it is found that there is a lack of systematic and more specific method guidance in the study of this kind of problems. Therefore, we should do more systematic research on this problem. Based on this situation, this paper focuses on how to cultivate the interpersonal skills of secondary vocational students through group psychological counseling. The practical research on the interpersonal communication ability of secondary vocational students is carried out by using group psychological counseling. The results show that the use of group psychological counseling can train the interpersonal communication ability of secondary vocational school students to a certain extent. The bad emotions of secondary vocational students due to poor interpersonal relationship have been improved very well; The level of interpersonal communication among secondary vocational school students has also been improved. The problem of interpersonal communication among secondary vocational students is an important problem that affects the students' life in school, their study and their future career. The research on this issue can provide theoretical and empirical reference for the cultivation of secondary vocational students' interpersonal skills. In addition, there is a general lack of systematic research on related issues, which also gives a certain theoretical significance for the study of this paper.
