小学生家长对寻求学校专业心理帮助的态度特点及干预研究

【摘要】:寻求专业心理帮助意向的研究是构建有效的心理健康服务体系工作的一个重要组成部分。让家长知道什么情况下可以使用心理咨询,,是对教育教学、家校结合的一次有益探索,使家长重新了解学校心理咨询,更好地利用学校资源,促进家庭、学校之间的联系,共同为孩子的成长提供有益的心理环境。 研究综合已有研究和文献的观点,以半开放式问卷和访谈为基础,编制了一份具有较好信效度的小学生家长寻求学校专业心理帮助态度问卷;在调查分析的基础上探讨了小学生家长对寻求学校专业心理帮助态度的特点;基于前期研究,采用团体咨询和宣传两种方法,对小学生家长寻求学校专业心理帮助的态度进行干预。 研究获得的主要结论如下: 结论一:小学生家长对寻求学校专业心理帮助的态度问卷共24题项,4个维度:评价、疑虑、问题认知、行为意向。结果表明,问卷具有较好的信效度,适用于小学生家长。 结论二:小学生家长对学校心理咨询的态度较为中立,对心理咨询的评价和接纳程度较高,同时也抱有一些担忧和顾虑。 结论三:不同年龄、文化程度、参加工作的时间、月收入、孩子的年级、学习主动性的小学生家长在寻求学校专业心理帮助的态度上存在显著差异;而不同性别、职业、来源地的家长在寻求学校专业心理帮助的态度上不存在显著差异。 结论四:通过团体咨询和宣传讲座可以提高和改善小学生家长寻求学校专业心理帮助的态度。随着时间推移,团体咨询对家长态度的影响质量优于宣传讲座。
[Abstract]:Study on the intention of seeking professional psychological help is an important part of building an effective system of mental health services. Let parents know what circumstances can use psychological counseling, education and teaching is a beneficial exploration, combined with home school, so that parents understand the school psychological counseling, better use of school resources, promote the relationship between family, school, work together to provide useful mental environment for children.
Study on the comprehensive research and literature point of view, to semi open questionnaire and interview based, compiled a good reliability and validity of the school parents seek professional psychological help attitude questionnaire; on the basis of investigation and analysis of the characteristics of parents of elementary school students seeking professional psychological help school attitude; based on the previous research, the group consultation and publicity two methods of parents seeking professional psychological help school attitude intervention.
The main conclusions obtained are as follows:
Conclusion: there are 24 items in the questionnaire of pupils' parents' attitude towards seeking professional psychological help in school: 4 dimensions: evaluation, doubt, problem recognition and behavior intention. The result shows that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and is suitable for pupils' parents.
Conclusion two: the attitude of primary school parents to school counseling is relatively neutral. The evaluation and acceptance of psychological counseling is relatively high, and there are also some concerns and concerns.
Conclusion: three different age, cultural degree, time to work, monthly income, children's grades, learning initiative of parents of elementary school students have significant differences in the school to seek professional psychological help attitude; and different gender, occupation, source of the parents in the school to seek professional psychological help attitude is not significantly different.
Conclusion four: group counseling and public lecture can improve and improve parents' attitude toward seeking professional psychological help. With time passing, group counseling's influence on parents' attitude is superior to that of propaganda lectures.
