提取容易性对程序公正判断的影响:信息不确定与自我不确定的作用

【摘要】:近年来研究发现个体不仅基于程序本身的特征进行程序公正判断,个体还基于提取程序相关公正或不公正信息时的困难或容易的感觉,即提取容易性进行程序公正判断。那么,个体何时基于何种信息源进行程序公正判断?目前引起研究者广泛关注的调节变量是不确定性。两类较受研究者关注的不确定性是自我不确定性与信息不确定性,现有研究大部分关注自我不确定性对个体基于提取容易性进行程序公正判断的影响,而少有研究关注信息不确定性的这一调节作用。本研究通过实验(实验1)探讨信息不确定性对个体基于提取容易性形成程序公正判断的影响。在此基础上,研究通过实验(实验2、3)深入探讨当自我不确定性与信息不确定性同时存在时,对个体形成程序公正判断的信息源的影响。 实验1以80名本科生为被试进行2(程序:内隐无发言权程序VS.外显无发言权程序×2(回忆不公正信息量:少VS.多)组间实验。方差分析结果表明,程序与回忆不公正信息量交互作用显著,即信息不确定性是个体基于提取容易性进行程序公正判断的调节变量。具体来讲,在外显无发言权(信息确定性)条件下,与回忆更多不公正的被试相比,回忆更少不公正的被试认为程序更加公正,这体现基于内容信息的程序公正判断;相反,在内隐无发言权(信息不确定性)条件下,与回忆更多不公正的被试相比,回忆更少不公正的被试认为程序更加不公正,这体现基于提取容易性的程序公正判断; 实验2以144名本科生为被试进行2(程序:内隐无发言权VS.外显无发言权)×2(状态自我不确定性:自我确定性VS.自我不确定性)×2(回忆不公正信息量:少VS.多)组间实验。方差分析结果表明,程序、状态自我不确定性与回忆不公正信息量三项交互作用显著。结果表明,在外显无发言权程序下,具有自我不确定性的被试在提取更少不公正后认为程序更加公正,这表明了基于内容信息进行程序公正判断;相反,具有自我确定性的被试在提取更少不公正时认为程序更加不公正,这表明了提取容易性效应。即自我不确定性与信息不确定性相交互后影响个体基于提取容易性的判断。这一结果表明自我不确定性与信息不确定性相交互的效应与信息不确定性或自我不确定性单独起作用的效应有不同; 实验3以147名本科生为被试进行2(程序:内隐无发言权VS.外显无发言权)×2(回忆不公正信息量:少VS.多)组间实验。层级回归结果表明程序、回忆不公正信息量、特质自我不确定性三项交互显著。在外显无发言权程序下,对于特质自我不确定性高的个体而言,在回忆更多不公正条件下与在回忆更少不公正条件下所做的程序公正判断差异不显著,未出现预期的内容信息效应;对特质自我不确定性低的个体而言,在回忆更多不公正条件下与在回忆更少不公正条件下所做的程序公正判断差异不显著,未出现预期的提取容易性效应。同样,在内隐无发言权程序下,回忆更多不公正的个体与回忆更少不公正的个体所做的程序公正判断差异不显著,未出现预期的提取容易性效应。 以上研究结果与不确定性条件下的判断与决策的相关研究结论一致,丰富了不确定管理理论、自我不确定性的研究。本文从人-情境交互视角下对实验2、3不一致的结果进行讨论。本文还从研究变量、研究情境和研究范式的扩展对未来研究方向进行展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years , it has been found that the individual is not only based on the characteristics of the program itself , but also the difficulty or the easy feeling when the individual is concerned with fair or unjust information .

The results of variance analysis show that the interaction between the program and the recall is significant , that is , the information uncertainty is the adjustment variable that the individual can judge independently on the basis of the extraction easiness .
On the contrary , under the condition of implicit no say ( information uncertainty ) , compared with those who recall more injustice , recall that the procedure is more unjust , which reflects the procedural justice judgment based on the extraction easiness ;


The results of variance analysis indicate that the procedure , state self - uncertainty and recall unjust information amount of three interactions are significant . The results show that , under the explicit non - floor procedure , the test with self - uncertainty is considered more just after the extraction of less injustice , which shows that the procedure is fair and judged based on the content information ;
The results show that the effects of self - uncertainty and information uncertainty are different from the effects of information uncertainty or self - uncertainty alone .


The results showed that there was no significant difference in the procedural fairness under the conditions of memory and memory , but the expected content information effect was not appeared .
In the case of individuals with low trait self - uncertainty , there was no significant difference in the fair judgement of the procedure under the condition of memory and less unjust , and the expected extraction ease effect did not appear . Also , in the process of implicit non - voice , there was no significant difference in the procedural justice between the more unjust individual and the individual who recalled less injustice , and the expected extraction ease effect did not occur .

The results of these studies are consistent with the conclusions of the decision - making under uncertainty conditions , which enrich the research of uncertain management theory and self - uncertainty . This paper discusses the results of the experiment 2 , 3 from the perspective of human - context interaction . The paper also looks forward to the future research direction from the research variables , the research situation and the extension of the research paradigm .
