幽默干预对大学生被笑恐惧的影响研究

【摘要】:随着积极心理学的发展,幽默感已经成为当前心理学界研究的一个趋势。与恐惧症有关的被笑恐惧的研究也不断走进人们的视野。本研究力图参考对恐惧症的治疗方法(脱敏疗法),设计幽默课程,降低被试对笑的敏感程度。通过让被试感受笑,欣赏笑,接受笑,创造笑,从而对笑不怎么害怕,降低被试被笑恐惧的指标。研究立足于国内外的研究结果,采取调查与实验相结合的研究方法,选取了杭州市340名大学生为被试,采用《大学生多层次幽默感等级量表》,《害怕被笑量表》进行调查研究,初步探讨大学生中幽默感与被笑恐惧的现状,并在此基础上通过幽默干预前后测量结果的对比来评估幽默干预的效果,进一步探讨幽默干预对降低大学生被笑恐惧指标的可行性。研究的结论如下:(1)大学生中有被笑恐惧症状的群体大约占总体人数的9.7%。女大学生的害怕被笑指标显著高于男大学生;不同学科背景上幽默感得分存在显著差异,然而不同年级、不同年龄、不同家庭所在地、不同经济水平上幽默感得分与被笑恐惧得分没有显著差异;(2)被笑恐惧与幽默感总分呈显著负相关。具体来说,被笑恐惧与幽默接受、幽默欣赏、幽默表达、幽默创造四个维度都呈显著负相关。而幽默接受与幽默表达、幽默创造、幽默感总分呈现显著正相关;幽默欣赏与幽默表达、幽默创造、幽默感总分呈显著正相关;幽默表达与幽默创造、幽默感总分呈显著正相关;幽默创造与幽默感总分呈显著正相关;(3)通过幽默干预,幽默接受与幽默欣赏有显著提高。而幽默表达与幽默创造没有显著变化,这说明设计的幽默干预课程能部分提高被试幽默感水平;(4)通过幽默干预,被试的被笑恐惧指标有显著降低,这说明设计的幽默感课程可以有效的降低被试的被笑恐惧指标。
[Abstract]:With the development of positive psychology, sense of humor has become a trend in the field of psychology.The study of the fear of laughter associated with phobia is also constantly coming into view.This study attempts to refer to the treatment of phobia (desensitization therapy, design humor courses to reduce the sensitivity of subjects to laughter.By making the subjects feel, appreciate, accept, and create laughter, they were less afraid of laughter and lower the score of fear.Based on the research results at home and abroad, the study adopts the method of combining investigation and experiment, selects 340 college students in Hangzhou as subjects, and adopts the Multi-level sense of humor scale for College students and the fear of being laughed at scale for investigation and research.The present situation of sense of humor and fear of being laughed in college students was preliminarily discussed, and on this basis, the effect of humor intervention was evaluated by comparing the results before and after humor intervention.To further explore the feasibility of humor intervention to reduce fear of being laughed at college students.The findings are as follows: 1) about 9.7 percent of college students have symptoms of fear of being laughed.Female college students' fear of being laughed at was significantly higher than that of male students, and there were significant differences in humor scores among different subject backgrounds, but different grades, different ages, different family locations,There was no significant difference between the score of humor and the score of fear of being laughed at different economic levels. (2) there was a significant negative correlation between the score of fear of being laughed and the total score of sense of humor.Specifically, the fear of being laughed is negatively correlated with the four dimensions of humor acceptance, humor appreciation, humor expression and humor creation.While humor acceptance is positively correlated with humor expression, humor creation, total score of humor, humor appreciation and humor expression, humor creation, humor total score, humor expression and humor creation.The total score of humor was positively correlated with the total score of humor, and the total score of humor creation was significantly correlated with the total score of humor.However, there was no significant change in humor expression and humor creation, which indicated that the humor intervention course designed could partially improve the humor level of the subjects.This shows that the designed sense of humor course can effectively reduce the participants' fear of laughter.
