眼控—手控双通道交互方式的工效学研究

【摘要】:在人机交互领域,以用户为中心的设计理念开始深入人心,人机交互的高效性和自然性也越来越受到重视。传统的基于键盘/鼠标的窄宽带输入方式越来越无法满足人们的需求。基于视线追踪技术的眼控交互方式由于其自然性和直观性,越来越受到研究人员的青睐。本研究在前人研究的基础上进一步探讨注视时间因素对眼控交互方式的影响,即寻求“米达斯接触”问题的解决方案。本研究还提出眼控-手控这一新的双通道交互方式,并对比分析手控、眼控和移动、点击两两组合条件下四种交互方式的操作绩效,比较各种交互方式的操作特点和适用范围,以便为推广到实际应用中去提供参考依据。本研究包括两个部分:研究一为不同注视时间对眼控点击绩效的影响研究,包括两个实验:实验一研究不同注视时间对眼控移动-眼控点击交互方式的影响,实验二研究不同注视时间对手控移动-眼控点击交互方式的影响,分别获取在眼控移动-眼控点击与手控移动-眼控点击两种交互方式下最适宜的注视时间参数推荐值;研究二为眼控、手控以及眼手结合控制方式对输入绩效的影响研究,在研究一获取最佳注视时间参数值的基础上,验证手控移动-眼控点击和眼控移动-眼控点击交互方式的有效性,探索分析手控、眼控和移动、点击两两组合条件下四种交互方式的操作特点和适用范围,为今后该类交互方式的实际应用提供参考依据。本研究得出以下主要结论:(1)在眼控移动-眼控点击交互方式下,推荐采用700ms作为注视触发时间。(2)在手控移动-眼控点击交互方式下,推荐采用200ms作为注视触发时间。(3)基于研究一的注视时间参数推荐值,手控移动-眼控点击和眼控移动-手控点击的双通道交互方式以及眼控移动-眼控点击的单通道交互方式均能有效完成虚拟键盘字母输入任务。(4)不同的交互方式有不同的操作特点和适用范围,眼控移动-眼控点击交互方式完全脱离双手,应用范围最广,但任务完成率相对最低(93.69%),易学性较差;手控移动-眼控点击交互方式任务完成率相对较高,能有效控制误击,但需要用手控制鼠标移动,可以考虑设计特殊的鼠标来配合眼控操作,如ThinkPad中的TrackPoint一样;眼控移动-手控点击交互方式任务完成率处于中等水平,眼控移动可以配合手指或脚趾等部位进行点击操作,但手控点击瞬间出现视线跳出的问题还需进一步研究解决。本研究进一步研究了“米达斯接触”问题的解决方案,提出了眼控点击的最佳注视时间推荐值;本研究还提出了眼控与手控相结合的双通道交互方式,并对比分析了各种交互方式的操作特点和适用范围,为推广到实际应用中去提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:In the field of human-computer interaction, the user-centered design concept is becoming more and more popular, and more and more attention is paid to the efficiency and naturalness of human-computer interaction.The traditional narrow broadband input based on keyboard / mouse can not meet the needs of people more and more.Eye control interaction based on line of sight tracking technology is more and more popular because of its naturalness and intuitiveness.On the basis of previous studies, this study further explored the effect of fixation time on eye control interaction, that is, to find a solution to the problem of "Midas contact".This study also proposed a new two-channel interaction mode, eye control and manual control, and compared the operation performance of four kinds of interaction modes under the condition of manual control, eye control and movement, click on the combination of two and two, and compared the operation characteristics and applicable scope of various interaction modes.In order to extend to the actual application to provide a reference basis.This study includes two parts: one is the effect of different fixation time on eye control click performance, including two experiments: one is to study the effect of different fixation time on eye control movement-eye control click interaction.In experiment 2, we studied the effect of different fixation time on the interactive mode of hand-controlled moving-eye click, and obtained the most suitable fixation time parameters under two kinds of interaction modes: eye-controlled moving-eye click and hand-controlled moving-eye click.The second is the effect of eye control, hand control and eye-hand control on input performance.To verify the effectiveness of manual movement-eye control click and eye control moving-eye click interaction, explore and analyze the operating characteristics and applicable range of the four interactive modes under the condition of manual control, eye control and movement, and click on the two combinations.It provides a reference for the practical application of this kind of interaction mode in the future.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) under the eye control movement-eye control click interaction mode, 700ms is recommended as the fixation trigger time.200ms is recommended as the fixation trigger time.The two-channel interaction mode of manual movement-eye control click and eye control moving-hand-click and the single channel interaction mode of eye control mobile eye control click can effectively complete the virtual keyboard letter input task.Have different operating characteristics and scope of application,Eye control movement-eye control click interaction is completely separated from both hands and has the widest range of application, but the task completion rate is relatively low and the ease of learning is poor, and the task completion rate of the hand-controlled mobile eye click interaction mode is relatively high, which can effectively control the mishit.But when you need to control mouse movement by hand, you can consider designing a special mouse to cooperate with eye control, such as TrackPoint in ThinkPad.Eye control movement can be combined with fingers or toes to click, but the problem of sight jump out of sight at the moment of manual click still needs to be further studied and solved.In this study, the solution to the problem of "Midas contact" is further studied, and the best fixation time recommended by eye control click is proposed, and a two-channel interaction mode combining eye control with manual control is also proposed in this study.The operational characteristics and application scope of various interactive modes are compared and analyzed, which provides a reference for the practical application.
