男性毒品戒断者情绪调节自我效能感与情绪体验：情绪调节策略的中介效应

【摘要】：大量研究表明，长期使用毒品的个体普遍存在负性情绪及情绪调节障碍。无论是用药后的欣快状态还是撤药后的戒断症状，成瘾者都普遍伴随着情绪异常问题，尤其是戒断后的负性情绪反应，对复吸有着很大的影响。成瘾者产生复吸行为是为了逃避伴随戒断症状产生的负性情绪，，这表明成瘾者在药物戒断后还是会倾向于使用药物这种不恰当的应对方式来处理负性情绪。近期，有研究者探讨了应对方式、情绪调节与药物使用之间的关系，研究发现，个体使用积极主动的应对策略时，则很少出现药物使用问题。但是，目前很少有研究探讨情绪调节自我效能感、情绪调节策略使用频率与药物戒断者情绪体验之间的关系。情绪调节自我效能感被认为是个体对能否有效调节自身情绪状态的一种自信程度。Caprara等人的研究证实，情绪调节自我效能感对犯罪行为和成瘾行为发挥重要的调节作用，并能使个体有效应对压力、提高主观幸福感。研究表明，相对于那些怀疑自己能力的人来说，相信自己有能力调节情绪的个体更倾向于选择有效的情绪调节策略，避免情绪所带来的困扰。因此，本研究以年龄20~56岁（M=35.20，SD=8.15）之间的214名男性毒品戒断者为研究对象，采用情绪调节自我效能感量表（The Scale of RegulatoryEmotional self-efficacy，SRESE）、情绪调节策略量表（Emotion RegulationQuestionnaire，ERQ）和正性负性情绪量表（The Positive and Negative Affect Scale，PANAS）探讨了毒品戒断者情绪调节自我效能感对毒品成瘾戒断者情绪体验的影响。研究结果发现：（1）毒品戒断者的表达积极情绪自我效能感与正性情绪体验呈正相关，管理消极情绪自我效能感与负性情绪体验呈负相关，毒品戒断者的表达积极情绪自我效能感和管理消极情绪自我效能感与认知重评策略使用频率呈正相关。（2）认知重评策略在毒品戒断者的表达积极情绪自我效能感与正性情绪体验之间起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:A large number of studies have shown that individuals with long-term drug use generally have negative emotional and emotional regulation disorders.Whether the euphoric state after medication or withdrawal withdrawal symptoms, addiction is generally accompanied by emotional abnormalities, especially the negative emotional response after withdrawal, which has a great impact on relapse.The relapse behavior of addicts is to avoid the negative emotion associated with withdrawal symptoms, which indicates that addicts tend to use drugs as an inappropriate coping style to deal with negative emotions after drug withdrawal.Recently, some researchers have explored the relationship between coping style, emotion regulation and drug use. It is found that when individuals use active coping strategies, there are few drug use problems.However, there are few studies on the relationship between emotional regulation self-efficacy, the frequency of use of emotional regulation strategies and the emotional experience of drug abstinents.Emotional regulation self-efficacy is considered as a degree of confidence in whether one can effectively regulate one's emotional state. Caprara and others have confirmed that emotional regulation self-efficacy plays an important role in regulating criminal behavior and addictive behavior.And can make the individual effectively deal with stress, improve subjective well-being.Studies have shown that individuals who believe in their ability to regulate emotions are more likely to choose effective emotional regulation strategies to avoid emotional distress than those who doubt their ability to regulate their emotions.Therefore, 214 male drug abstainers, aged 20 to 56 years old, were selected as subjects in this study.The Scale of RegulatoryEmotional self-efficacy scale, the emotion regulation questionnaire and the positive and negative emotion scale, the Positive and Negative Affect scale PANASS, were used to investigate the effect of the self-efficacy of emotion regulation on the emotional experience of drug addicts.The study found that:1) positive emotional self-efficacy was positively correlated with positive emotional experience in drug abstinents, and negative emotional experience was negatively correlated with negative emotional self-efficacy in management.Positive emotional self-efficacy and negative emotional self-efficacy were positively correlated with the use of cognitive reassessment strategies in drug abstinents.2) Cognitive reassessment strategy plays an intermediary role in the expression of positive emotional self-efficacy and positive emotional experience in drug abstinents.
