积极情绪对工作记忆保持和操作影响的比较研究

【摘要】：情绪与工作记忆的关系是情绪与认知研究领域中一个重要的分支。以往有关情绪对工作记忆影响的研究有两个不同的取向。一个方向是根据工作记忆材料类型— 言语信息、空间信息和客体信息—的不同,情绪对工作记忆的影响不同。这方面的研究发现情绪对工作记忆产生了选择性影响。即消极情绪选择性影响了空间工作记忆,而不影响言语工作记忆；积极情绪选择性影响了言语工作记忆,而不影响空间工作记忆。另一个方向是根据工作记忆任务要求的加工—保持加工和操作加工—不同,情绪也会对工作记忆产生不同的影响。这方面的研究发现无论是积极情绪还是消极情绪都仅对操作加工产生影响,而对保持加工无影响。因而研究者认为情绪对工作记忆的影响是通过情绪对不同加工的影响实现的。目前第二个方向的研究刚刚涉及,相关研究较少,特别是ERP的研究较少。本研究在现有第二个方向研究的基础上,运用ERP技术探讨情绪对工作记忆影响的脑机制。本研究以正常大学生为被试,采用ERP技术,以中国影像库中快乐和中性视频为情绪诱发材料,采用修改的延迟样本匹配任务——字母数字任务,分离了保持过程和操作过程。进而考察了积极情绪对工作记忆保持和操作的选择性影响。研究结果表明：积极情绪促进工作记忆操作过程,对保持过程无影响。具体结果表现在：(1)在行为绩效上,积极情绪对工作记忆操作过程的促进作用表现在：与中性条件相比,积极情绪下操作任务的正确率显著提高。(2)在ERP水平上,积极情绪对工作记忆操作过程的促进作用体现在：积极情绪下,相比于中性条件,操作任务在延迟阶段的P2波幅,P3波幅,lateLPP波幅走向更正,N300波幅走向更负。这说明积极情绪从早期注意资源的分配,词意理解到后期注意的分配和注意保持等都产生影响。在积极条件和中性条件下的保持任务则无差异。总而言之,本研究结果表明积极情绪促进了工作记忆的操作。同时对工作记忆保持无影响。该结果表明,积极情绪可能通过影响工作记忆的操作进而影响工作记忆的。
