护士工作压力对主观幸福感的影响:工作家庭关系的中介作用

【摘要】:护士作为医疗服务行业的一员,随着医患矛盾的加剧,面临巨大的工作压力,而随着国内二胎政策开放及老龄化社会的到来,护士面临的家庭责任也日益增加。因此考察护士工作压力对主观幸福感的影响,探讨工作家庭关系在其中的作用是十分必要的。研究一基于工作资源-要求模型和角色身份理论,对554名护士进行了调查,用项目分析、相关性分析、回归分析、路径分析等探讨护士工作压力对主观幸福感的影响机制、工作家庭关系的中介作用、角色-身份显著性及家庭支持的调节作用。研究结果表明:(1)护士工作压力与主观幸福感呈显著负相关,与工作-家庭促进呈显著负相关,而与工作-家庭冲突具有显著正相关。(2)护士工作压力、工作-家庭冲突及工作-家庭促进对其主观幸福感均有显著的预测作用。护士工作压力不仅能直接影响主观幸福感,也能通过工作家庭关系间接影响主观幸福感。(3)护士的家庭支持在工作-家庭促进与主观幸福感之间起到了调节作用,促进护士的主观幸福感水平。(4)护士角色显著性在工作压力和工作家庭关系之间起到了调节作用,家庭角色显著性能调节工作压力与工作-家庭冲突之间的关系,工作角色显著性能调节工作压力与工作-家庭促进之间的关系。研究二在研究一的基础上选择典型样本进行个案访谈,从个体层面了解工作压力、主观幸福感对个体的意义,一方面辅证了工作压力对主观幸福感的影响部分通过工作-家庭关系实现,且对其具体形成过程进行深入讨论,另一方面探讨了研究一未揭示的问题,进一步探讨护士家庭支持的调节作用。
[Abstract]:As a member of the medical service industry, nurses are faced with enormous working pressure with the intensification of the contradiction between doctors and patients. With the opening of the policy of second child and the arrival of an aging society, nurses are faced with increasing family responsibilities. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the influence of nurses' work stress on subjective well-being and to explore the role of work-family relationship. In the first study, 554 nurses were investigated based on job resource-requirement model and role identity theory. The influence mechanism of nurses' work stress on subjective well-being was investigated by item analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, path analysis and so on. The mediating role of work-family relationship, the role-identity significance and the regulation of family support. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant negative correlation between job stress and subjective well-being, a significant negative correlation with work-family promotion, and a significant positive correlation with work-family conflict. Job-family conflict and job-family promotion have significant predictive effects on subjective well-being. Job stress can not only directly affect subjective well-being, but also indirectly influence subjective well-being through work-family relationship.) Family support of nurses plays a regulatory role between work-family promotion and subjective well-being. Promoting nurses' subjective well-being level. On the one hand, it proves that the influence of work stress on subjective well-being is partly realized by work-family relationship, and discusses its concrete forming process. On the other hand, it discusses an undisclosed problem. To further explore the regulatory role of nursing family support.
