【摘要】：道德认同水平是影响个体亲社会行为的重要因素之一。初中生由于心理素质发展不够成熟,道德判断标准及价值观念易受外界不良因素影响,在现实环境中往往表现出道德认同与亲社会行为之间的分离。本研究尝试引入道德推脱(Moral Disengagement)这一构念,一方面探查初中生道德推脱的内在结构,同时考察道德推脱在初中生道德认同影响亲社会行为中所起的作用。道德推脱是指个体通过一定方式重新解释自身行为使得行为合理化,从而避免自我制裁的一种认知倾向。以往道德推脱研究主要集中在国外,研究对象主要以大学生或从业人员为主,国内研究尚处于起步阶段,针对初中生群体的测量工具相对较少。因此,编制符合统计学标准的国内初中生道德推脱问卷具有一定研究价值。本研究采用方便取样,在合肥、芜湖、宿州和安庆四市随机选取949名初中生作为被试,以道德自我认同量表(MIS)、自编初中生道德推脱问卷和青少年亲社会行为问卷作为测量工具,研究初中生道德认同、道德推脱和亲社会行为的特点及三者之间关系。结果表明:1自编初中生道德推脱问卷信效度指标均达到统计学要求,包括认知重构、结果扭曲和认同降低三个维度。2初中生道德认同水平总体中等偏上,在道德认同的两个维度中,内隐得分较高,初中生道德认同在性别、年级、是否班干部上差异达到显著性水平。3初中生道德推脱的总体水平较低,在道德推脱的三个维度中,结果扭曲得分较高,初中生道德推脱在性别、年级、家庭所在地、是否独生子女、是否班干部上差异显著。4初中生亲社会行为总体水平中等。初中生亲社会行为在性别、是否班干部上有显著差异。5初中生道德认同与亲社会行为显著正相关,道德认同正向预测个体亲社会行为。6初中生道德推脱在道德认同和亲社会行为间具有负向调节效应,道德推脱减弱了道德认同对亲社会行为的积极影响。
[Abstract]:The level of moral identity is one of the most important factors that affect individual pro-social behavior. Due to the immature development of psychological quality, moral judgment standards and values are easily influenced by outside adverse factors, which often show the separation between moral identity and pro-social behavior in the real environment. This study attempts to introduce moral deduction and moral disengagement, on the one hand, to explore the internal structure of moral deduction of junior high school students, and at the same time to investigate the role of moral deduction in the influence of moral identity on prosocial behavior of junior high school students. Moral deduction refers to the cognitive tendency of individuals to rationalize their behavior by reinterpreting their behavior in a certain way to avoid self-sanction. In the past, the study of moral deduction was mainly focused on foreign countries, and the research object was mainly college students or practitioners. The domestic research is still in the initial stage, and the measurement tools for junior high school students are relatively few. Therefore, it has certain research value to compile the moral deduction questionnaire of junior high school students in accordance with the statistical standard. In this study, 949 junior high school students were randomly selected from Hefei, Wuhu, Suzhou and Anqing cities, and the moral self-identification scale was used to measure the students' moral withdrawal and prosocial behavior questionnaire. This paper studies the characteristics of moral identity, moral deduction and prosocial behavior of junior high school students and their relationship. The results showed that the reliability and validity of the self-designed moral deduction questionnaire reached the statistical requirements, including cognitive reconstruction, and the result of distortion and reduction of the three dimensions (2) of junior high school students' moral identity level was higher than that of the latter. In the two dimensions of moral identity, the implicit score is higher, the junior middle school students' moral identity in gender, grade, whether the class cadre difference reached significant level .3 junior high school students' overall level of moral deduction is lower, in the three dimensions of moral deduction, Results the score of distortion was higher. The moral deduction of junior high school students was moderate in gender, grade, location of family, whether only child or class cadre. 4. The overall level of prosocial behavior of junior high school students was moderate. Junior high school students' pro-social behavior in gender, whether there is a significant difference in class cadres .5 Junior high school students' moral identity and pro-social behavior significantly positive correlation, Moral identity positively predicts that moral withdrawal of junior high school students has negative regulatory effect between moral identity and prosocial behavior, and moral deduction weakens the positive effect of moral identity on prosocial behavior.
