某地乡镇公务员心理健康与心理资本和应对方式研究

【摘要】:目的 了解乡镇政府公务员心理健康现况,分析影响乡镇政府公务员心理健康的相关因素。了解乡镇政府公务员心理资本、应对方式、工作适应障碍的现况,分析影响因素。探讨乡镇政府公务员心理资本与应对方式和心理健康之间的关系,为乡镇公务员心理健康问题干预提供科学依据。 方法 采取整群抽样的方法,以乡镇为单位,从辉县市随机抽取11个乡镇351名乡镇政府公务员作为调查对象进行调查。采用现场自评式问卷调查的方法,内容包括基本情况调查表、症状自评量表、简易应对方式问卷、积极心理资本问卷及工作适应障碍量表。采用EpiData3.1录入数据,用SPSS21.0对数据进行处理和分析。 结果 1辉县市乡镇政府公务员症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist90, SCL-90)得分仅在人际关系敏感(P=0.000)和偏执(P=0.001)两方面低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义。本次调查中可能有心理问题者120人,占总人数的34.2%。不同年龄乡镇公务员SCL—90症状因子的得分比较发现,在躯体化(P=0.001)和抑郁(P=0.014)两因子差异有统计学意义。不同工龄、不同级别乡镇公务员SCL—90症状因子的得分比较,发现仅在躯体化因子差异有统计学意义(P=0.014,P=0.043)。 2辉县市乡镇公务员心理资本总量表统计结果为4.70±0.85。其中“乐观”维度最高(5.11分),然后依次为“希望”、“自我效能”和“韧性”三个维度。不同性别乡镇公务员在自我效能(P=0.000)和总维度(P=0.025)差异有统计学意义。不同工龄乡镇公务员在自我效能差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。不同级别乡镇政府公务员在自我效能(P=0.008)、希望(P=0.003)、乐观(P=0.018)及总维度(P=0.009)差异有统计学意义。 3对该人群应对方式分析显示,消极应对低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。按行政级别分组进行比较,结果显示正科及以土人员与普通科员积极应对差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。 4乡镇公务员心理资本的总维度、四个维度和应对方式的两个维度都存在相关性。其中心理资本与积极应对方式呈正相关,而心理资本与消极应对方式呈负相关。 5乡镇公务员消极应对方式与心理健康症状的所有因子及总均分均呈正相关。积极应对方式与心理健康症状的所有因子及总均分无相关性。 6乡镇公务员的心理资本中自我效能、希望、乐观及总维度与心理健康症状的各个因子及总均分大部分呈负相关。而心理资本中的韧性与心理健康症状的各个因子及总均分大部分呈正相关。 结论 1辉县市乡镇公务员整体心理健康水平与国内常模相近。 2年龄、工龄、级别是影响乡镇公务员躯体化症状的重要因素。年龄是影响乡镇公务员抑郁症状的重要因素。 3辉县市乡镇公务员心理资本整体属于中等偏上水平。性别、工龄、级别是影响乡镇公务员心理资本的重要因素。 4正科及以上人员比普通科员更倾向于采用积极应对方式。 5乡镇公务员心理资本、应对方式、心理健康之间存在相关性。
[Abstract]:objective
To understand the status of the mental health of the civil servants in the township government, to analyze the related factors affecting the mental health of the civil servants in the township government, to understand the status of the psychological capital of the civil servants in the township government, the coping style, the current situation of the adaptation obstacles, and to analyze the relationship between the psychological capital of the civil servants in the township government and the coping style and mental health. To provide scientific basis for the intervention of mental health problems of civil servants.
Method
A cluster sampling method was adopted to investigate the public servants of 351 township governments in 11 townships in Huixian. The method of self assessment questionnaire was used, including the basic situation questionnaire, the symptom checklist, the simple coping style questionnaire, the positive psychological capital questionnaire and the work suitability. Result
1 the scores of Symptom Checklist90 (SCL-90) in Huixian township government's civil servants' symptom checklist (Checklist90, SCL-90) were only lower than the domestic norm in the interpersonal sensitivity (P=0.000) and paranoia (P=0.001). The difference was statistically significant. There may be 120 persons with psychological problems in this survey, which accounted for the SCL - 90 symptoms of township civil servants of different ages in the total number of 34.2%.. The scores of the two factors of somatization (P=0.001) and depression (P=0.014) were found to be statistically significant. The scores of the SCL - 90 symptom factors in different grades of township civil servants were statistically significant (P=0.014, P= 0.043).
2 the statistical results of the mental capital of township civil servants in Huixian were 4.70 + 0.85., and the "optimism" dimension was the highest (5.11). Then, there were three dimensions of "Hope", "self-efficacy" and "resilience" in turn. There were significant differences between the civil servants of different sexes in the self-efficacy (P=0.000) and the general dimension (P=0.025). There were statistically significant differences in self-efficacy between civil servants in town (P=0.002). There were significant differences in the difference between the public servants of different levels of township government (P=0.008), hope (P=0.003), optimism (P=0.018) and the overall dimension (P=0.009).
3 Analysis of the coping style of the population showed that the negative coping was lower than the domestic norm, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000).
4 the total dimension of psychological capital of civil servants in town and township, four dimensions and two dimensions of coping style, there is a positive correlation between psychological capital and positive coping style, but negative correlation between psychological capital and negative coping style.
5 the negative coping styles of civil servants were positively correlated with all the factors and the total average scores of mental health symptoms. There was no correlation between positive coping style and all factors and total scores of mental health symptoms.
6 in the psychological capital of the civil servants, the self efficacy, hope, optimism and the overall dimension are negatively related to all the factors of mental health symptoms and the majority of the total equals. However, the resilience of psychological capital is positively related to the factors of mental health symptoms and the majority of the total average.
conclusion
1 the overall mental health level of township civil servants in Huixian is similar to the national norm.
2 age, length of service and level are important factors that influence the somatization symptoms of township civil servants. Age is an important factor that affects the depressive symptoms of township civil servants.
3 the psychological capital of township civil servants in Huixian is above average. Gender, length of service and level are important factors that affect the psychological capital of township civil servants.
4 positive persons and above are more inclined to adopt positive coping styles than ordinary clerks.
5 there is a correlation between psychological capital, coping style and mental health of township civil servants.
