网络社会支持、自我概念与大学生社交焦虑的关系

【摘要】:人际交往问题是心理学研究的重要课题之一,它已经成为心理学的一个重要组成部分,而社交焦虑是大学生的主要心理问题,这严重影响着他们的人际交往和生活。在现有研究高度关注网络交往与大学生心理问题关系的背景下,大学生所获得的网络社会支持对其心理问题产生怎样的影响也成为研究者关注的重点。因此,本研究旨在探讨网络社会支持与大学生社交焦虑存在怎样的关系,自我概念作为影响大学生社交焦虑的重要认知因素在其中起怎样的作用,研究这一问题对大学生心理健康有重要意义。本研究在梳理已有研究的基础上,采用问卷调查法,通过随机抽样对540名大学生进行前后两次测验,间隔为5个月,最终筛选出520名大学生为研究对象,其中男生256人,女生264人。通过横向研究探讨自我概念在网络社会支持与大学生社交焦虑中所起的作用;通过纵向研究探讨网络社会支持、自我概念与大学生社交焦虑的相互影响。具体结果如下:横向研究结果:(1)大学生社交焦虑有显著年级差异,一年级社交焦虑水平显著高于二年级。(2)网络社会支持与社交焦虑之间呈显著负相关。(3)自我概念与社交焦虑之间呈显著负相关。(4)自我概念与网络社会支持之间呈相著正相关。(5)自我概念在网络社会支持与社交焦虑之间起部分中介作用。纵向研究结果:(1)网络社会支持、自我概念与社交焦虑均能相应的显著正向预测各自的后测水平。(2)前测的网络社会支持、自我概念能显著预测前测和后测的社交焦虑。(3)前测的网络社会支持能显著预测前测和后测的自我概念。(4)后测的网络社会支持能显著预测后测的自我概念和社交焦虑。(5)后测的自我概念测能显著预测后测的社交焦虑。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal communication is one of the important subjects in psychological research. It has become an important part of psychology, and social anxiety is the main psychological problem of college students, which seriously affects their interpersonal communication and life. Under the background that the current research pays close attention to the relationship between the network communication and the psychological problems of college students, the influence of the network social support obtained by the university students on their psychological problems has also become the focus of attention of the researchers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between online social support and college students' social anxiety, and the role of self-concept as an important cognitive factor affecting college students' social anxiety. The study of this problem is of great significance to the mental health of college students. On the basis of combing the existing research, the present study adopts the method of questionnaire, carries on the two tests before and after 540 college students by random sampling, the interval is 5 months, and finally selects 520 university students as the research object, among them 256 male students. 264 girls. This paper explores the role of self-concept in social support and social anxiety of college students through horizontal research, and discusses the interaction between self-concept and social anxiety of college students through longitudinal study. The results are as follows: horizontal study results showed that there were significant grade differences in social anxiety among college students. The level of social anxiety in grade one is significantly higher than that in grade two.) there is a significant negative correlation between online social support and social anxiety.) there is a significant negative correlation between self-concept and social anxiety. Positive correlation. 5) self-concept plays an intermediary role between social support and social anxiety. The results of the longitudinal study were as follows: 1) Internet social support, self-concept and social anxiety can both predict their post-test level in a significant positive direction. Self-concept can significantly predict pre-test and post-test social anxiety) Pre-test social support can significantly predict pre-test and post-test self-concept. 4) Post-test Internet social support can significantly predict post-test self-concept and social focus. Self-concept test significantly predicted post-test social anxiety.
