惊反射实验范式在情绪研究中的应用

【摘要】：惊反射实验范式由于其对情绪效价、个体状态、个体易感特质等特别敏感,且实施方便,能直接诱发、记录并量化数据,受主观影响较小等优势,已在情绪研究中得到广泛使用。在一般情绪研究中,惊反射在不同情绪效价上表现不同,不同特质类型的个体惊反射表现也不同。在情绪障碍研究领域,惊反射可以用于区分焦虑症、抑郁症等,还能对情绪障碍进行一定程度的预测、对情绪障碍的治疗效果进行一定程度的评估。神经机制的研究结果显示,惊反射主要与杏仁核和终纹床核有关。在未来的研究中可以扩大研究群体和应用方向,使惊反射更好的为情绪研究提供便利。
[Abstract]:The startle reflex experimental paradigm is particularly sensitive to emotional potency, individual state and individual susceptibility, and is convenient to be implemented. It can directly induce, record and quantify the data, and have the advantages of less subjective influence. It has been widely used in emotional research. In the general mood study, the shock reflection is different in different emotional titers and different characteristics. In the field of emotional disorders, startle reflex can be used to distinguish anxiety disorders, depression, etc., and also to a certain degree of prediction of emotional disorders, and to a certain degree of evaluation of the effect of emotional disorders. The findings of the nervous mechanism show that the reflex is mainly with the amygdala and the final striae. In the future research, we can expand the research group and application direction, and make the startle reflex better for emotional research.
