大鼠前扣带回和海马在非快速眼动睡眠时对记忆的再启动

【摘要】:研究目的:观察前扣带回和海马CA1区在非快速眼动睡眠时对先前学习记忆的自发性再启动特点。方法:应用多通道神经元放电同步记录技术,对学习前的基线测试期、学习期和学习后非快速眼动睡眠进行全程记录,观察记录大鼠海马CA1区和前扣带回的神经元放电频率、场电位及神经元放电脉冲序列。结果:习得前,海马CA1区无论在高频复合波阶段(Sharp Wave-Ripple Events, SPWR)或是睡眠锭阶段都倾向于再启动正确试次,且再启动内容主要为气味编码阶段和奖赏获得阶段;而前扣带回神经元则倾向于再启动错误试次,且对气味编码阶段、奖赏预期阶段和奖赏获得阶段均有较大程度的再启动。睡眠锭期间发生的再启动过程较高频复合波期间存在一定的延迟。习得后,无论是海马CA1区或是前扣带回对先前学习经验再启动强度均明显降低。结论:非快速眼动睡眠时,前扣带回与海马CA1区均参与迷宫任务的再启动并且存在对不同学习任务的偏好性再启动,前扣带回对错误信息更敏感;SPWR期间再启动发生较睡眠锭提前,提示再启动发生时在海马与前扣带回间的信息传递方向;再启动强度随学习成绩的提高而降低。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the spontaneous reactivation of previous learning and memory in the anterior cingulate gyrus and hippocampal CA1 area during non-rapid eye movement sleep. Methods: the baseline test period, learning period and non-rapid eye movement sleep before and after learning were recorded by multi-channel synchronous recording of neuronal discharges. The frequency of neuronal discharges in CA1 region and anterior cingulate gyrus of rats were observed. Field potential and neuronal discharge pulse sequence. Results: before acquisition, both sharp Wave-Ripple events (SPWRs) and sleep ingots in hippocampal CA1 region tended to start the correct trial again, and the restarting contents were mainly odor coding stage and reward acquisition stage. The anterior cingulate gyrus neurons tended to restart the wrong test, and restarted to a greater extent in the odor coding stage, the reward expectation stage and the reward acquisition stage. The process of restarting during sleep ingot is delayed than that during high frequency composite wave. After acquisition, both the hippocampal CA1 area and the anterior cingulate gyrus significantly decreased the intensity of restarting the previous learning experience. Conclusion: both the anterior cingulate gyrus and hippocampal CA1 are involved in the restarting of labyrinth tasks during non-REM sleep, and there are preference restarts for different learning tasks. The anterior cingulate gyrus was more sensitive to the wrong information and the reboot occurred earlier than the sleep ingot during SPWR, indicating the direction of information transmission between the hippocampus and the anterior cingulate gyrus at the time of restart, and the intensity of reboot decreased with the increase of learning achievement.
