日常生活中压力对愤怒情绪的动态影响:特质正念的调节作用

【摘要】:目的:本研究考察日常生活中压力对愤怒情绪的动态影响,并检验特质正念的调节作用。方法:95名在校大学生完成正念注意觉知量表(MAAS),并通过动态评估的方式,完成每天2次,持续14天的针对压力和愤怒情绪的密集型追踪测量。结果:多层线性模型结果表明,在个体内水平,个体某一时刻的压力可以显著预测个体下一时刻的愤怒情绪(b10=0.0246,SE=0.0089,P=0.007);个体的特质正念显著负向预测日常生活中压力对愤怒情绪的动态影响(b11=-0.0020,SE=0.0005,P0.001),说明特质正念存在调节作用。结论:个体在日常生活中感受到的压力会动态影响到个体之后的愤怒情绪。对于高特质正念水平的人来说,他们感受到压力时所产生的愤怒情绪相较于低特质正念水平的人更少。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the dynamic effects of stress on anger in daily life and to test the regulative effect of trait mindfulness. Methods: 95 college students completed the mindfulness Awareness scale (MAASA) and completed the intensive tracking measurement of stress and anger twice a day for 14 days by dynamic evaluation. Results: the results of the multilayer linear model show that, at the level of the individual, Stress at one time can significantly predict the anger of the individual at the next moment. The trait mindfulness significantly negatively predicts the dynamic effect of stress on anger emotion in daily life, indicating that trait mindfulness may regulate trait mindfulness. Conclusion: the stress the individual feels in daily life will affect the anger after the individual. People with high trait mindfulness experience less anger when they feel stress than people with low trait mindfulness.
