不同代际农民外出务工对其幸福感影响的比较研究

【摘要】：使用CGSS(2010)数据考察了不同代际农民外出务工对其幸福感的影响。结果显示:外出务工提高了农民工的幸福感。对于第一代农民工,外出务工显著提升了他们的幸福感,中介效应检验显示,社会剥夺感和经济剥夺感均具有中介效应。但是对于第二代农民工来说,外出务工并没有使得他们的幸福感提升,中介效应检验显示,社会剥夺感和经济剥夺感均不具有中介效应。
[Abstract]:The effects of migrant workers from different generations on their well-being were investigated using CGSS 2010 data. The results showed that migrant workers increased their happiness. For the first generation of migrant workers, migrant workers significantly improved their well-being, the intermediary effect test showed that the sense of social deprivation and economic deprivation have intermediary effects. But for the second generation of migrant workers, migrant workers did not improve their well-being, the intermediary effect test shows that social deprivation and economic deprivation have no intermediary effect.
