自我建构对大学生面孔整体加工效应的影响

【摘要】:自我建构用来描述个体把自我多大程度上看做与他人是相分离的,或者多大程度上和他人是联系的。Markus等人独立型和互依型自我建构理论的提出为研究心理现象的个体差异提供了新的视角。在人际交往中,人们主要通过面孔对他人进行识别,在识别过程中存在面孔整体性和分析性的个体差异,本文从自我建构的角度解释面孔识别中整体加工效应的差异。实验一采用组合面孔范式探讨了不同自我建构类型对大学生面孔识别整体加工效应的影响,实验二以Hong等人提出的自我建构的动态建构理论为基础,研究在不同文化启动条件下,被试的自我建构是否会出现与当前情境相对应的文化框架的暂时性转换,为实验三的研究提供了可行性说明。实验三采用文化启动范式,通过苏美尔士兵故事和乡下旅行任务启动被试不同类型的自我建构,并结合组合面孔范式探究自我建构类型对面孔整体加工效应的影响。本文主要通过静态的自我建构类型和动态启动条件下的自我建构类型相结合的方式探究自我建构对面孔整体加工效应的影响。实验一:自我建构类型对面孔整体加工效应的影响,实验采用2(自我建构类型:独立型自我建构、互依型自我建构)×2(一致性:一致和不一致)×2(对齐性:对齐和错开)三因素混合实验设计。实验二:大学生自我建构的动态建构性,实验为单因素被试间实验设计,自变量为被试自我建构启动类型(互依型自我启动组、独立型自我启动组和控制组)。实验三:自我建构启动对面孔整体加工效应的影响,实验采用3(自我建构启动类型:互依型自我建构启动组、独立型自我建构启动组、控制组)×2(一致性:一致和不一致)×2(对齐性:对齐和错开)三因素混合实验设计。综合以上研究,本文得出以下结论:(1)互依型自我建构的被试更倾向于采用整体性的认知方式;(2)存在自我建构启动效应,在实验情境下,被试能实现文化框架的即时转移;(3)自我建构启动对面孔整体加工效应有影响,相比于独立型自我建构,启动的互依型自我建构和静态的互依型自我建构的被试更倾向于面孔整体性加工。
[Abstract]:Self-construction is used to describe how much individuals see themselves as separate from others. The theory of independent and dependent self-construction, which is related to others to some extent, provides a new perspective for the study of individual differences in psychological phenomena. In interpersonal communication, people recognize others mainly through faces, and there are individual differences in face integrity and analysis in the process of face recognition. This paper explains the differences in the overall processing effects of face recognition from the perspective of self-construction. In experiment one, the influence of different self-construction types on the overall processing effect of college students' face recognition was discussed by using the combinatorial face paradigm. Experiment two was based on the dynamic construction theory of self-construction proposed by Hong et al. The study provides a feasible explanation for the study on whether the self-construction of the subjects under different cultural priming conditions will result in a temporary transformation of the cultural framework corresponding to the current situation. Experiment three adopted the cultural priming paradigm, started the subjects' different types of self-construction through Sumerian soldiers' stories and country travel tasks, and explored the effect of self-construction types on the overall processing of faces by combining the face pattern. This paper mainly explores the effect of self-construction on the whole face processing by combining the static self-construction type with the self-construction type under the dynamic starting condition. Experiment 1: the effect of self-construction type on the overall processing of face. Experiment 2 (self-construction type: independent self-construction, self-construction). Synthesizing the above studies, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) subjects with mutual dependence are more likely to adopt a holistic cognitive approach to self-construction. (2) there is a priming effect of self-construction in the experimental context. Subjects can realize the immediate transfer of cultural framework. (3) the initiation of self-construction has an impact on the overall face processing effect, compared with the independent self-construction. The subjects with priming interdependence and static self-construction tend to face integrity processing.
