积极心理资本在大学生学业压力与职业延迟满足间的关系:中介还是调节?

【摘要】:日常生活中,我们的目标往往不可能第一时间实现,完成任务的过程中可能会遇到各种各样额外的影响和阻碍,如果能够选择放弃眼前的小利益,并且克服诱惑,实现对自己行为的控制和调节,积极进取,那么我们的职业就可能得到更好的发展。这是职业生涯中一种能力的体现,也就是我们说的职业延迟满足。严格来说,职业延迟满足是个体在职业生涯中体现出的延迟满足,是个体放弃休息、娱乐以及其他不利于当前工作的其他冲动行为,以求完成工作任务、获得更多的利益回报、达到更高更长远的职业目标的自我调控能力。职业延迟满足的影响因素有许多,包括个体内在因素和外在环境影响等,本文依据前人研究,选取积极心理资本和学业压力两个影响因素,通过研究大学生职业延迟满足、心理资本和学业压力间的关系,为后续的研究提供理论参考,以期进一步丰富大学生就业相关的积极心理资本理论,促进大学生心理健康教育理论的发展与完善。本研究以学习压力为自变量,以延迟满足和心理资本为因变量,采用《积极心理资本量表》、《职业延迟满足问卷》及《大学生学业压力源问卷》对山西师范大学的500名本科学生进行调查,通过描述性分析、相关分析等方法考察了大学生的职业延迟满足、心理资本和学业压力的状况,并探讨了三者之间的相关关系以及心理资本在学业压力和职业延迟满足相互作用过程中的调节和中介作用。研究得出结论:(1)大学生的职业延迟满足、积极心理资本都处于较高水平,面临的学业压力程度也较高。(2)大学生职业延迟满足与积极心理资本之间存在正相关关系,职业延迟满足与学业压力存在负相关关系,学业压力与积极心理资本存在负相关关系。(3)积极心理资本在学业压力和职业延迟满足之间起部分中介的作用。
[Abstract]:In our daily lives, our goals are often not achieved in the first place, and we may encounter all kinds of additional influences and obstacles in the process of accomplishing our tasks, if we can choose to give up our immediate small interests and overcome the temptation. Achieve control and regulation of their own behavior, aggressive, and our career may be better developed. This is a reflection of the ability of a career, or what we call career delay gratification. Strictly speaking, career delay gratification is an individual's delayed satisfaction in his career. It is an individual who gives up rest, entertainment, and other impulsive behaviors that are not conducive to the current job, in order to accomplish the task and get more benefits in return. Self-control ability to achieve higher and longer term career goals. There are many influencing factors of career delay satisfaction, including individual internal factors and external environment. According to previous studies, this paper selects positive psychological capital and academic pressure as two influencing factors, through the study of career delay satisfaction of college students. The relationship between psychological capital and academic pressure provides a theoretical reference for further research in order to further enrich the theory of positive psychological capital related to employment of college students and promote the development and improvement of the theory of psychological health education for college students. This study takes learning stress as independent variable, delayed satisfaction and psychological capital as dependent variables. In this paper, 500 undergraduate students in Shanxi normal University were investigated by using the positive Psychological Capital scale, the Occupational delay satisfaction questionnaire and the College students' academic stress Source questionnaire. Correlation analysis and other methods were used to investigate the status of career delay satisfaction, psychological capital and academic stress of college students. The relationship between them and the mediating role of psychological capital in the process of academic stress and career delay satisfaction are discussed. The conclusion of the study is that: 1) there is a positive correlation between career delayed satisfaction and positive psychological capital of college students, and the degree of academic stress is also high. 2) there is a positive correlation between career delay satisfaction and positive psychological capital of college students. There is a negative correlation between career delay satisfaction and academic stress, and there is a negative correlation between academic stress and positive psychological capital.
