大学生人格、人际信任与问题行为的关系研究

【摘要】:本研究调查当前高校大学生人格、人际信任和问题行为的基本状况,并对不同性别、专业、年级、生源地、家庭状况在这三方面的差异进行比较,对人格、人际信任和问题行为的相互关系进行分析探讨,为高校学生管理工作的改革发展提供理论依据。 研究采用成人版《艾森克人格问卷》,陈会昌和李虹编制的《行为问题量表》,,Rempel和Holmes编制的《信任量表》展开调查。调查对象为河北省四所大学的1600名在校大学生,数据采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计和分析。本研究的主要结论如下: (1)大学生的人格上存在性别、专业、年级、生源地等方面的差异,具体而言:在精神质因子上,男生显著高于女生;理工类大学生在精神质因子上的分数显著高于文史类大学生;低年级学生的精神质因子分数显著低于高年级学生;在神经质因子、精神质因子上,城市得分显著高于农村。 (2)大学生的信任状况存在性别、专业、年级和生源地方面的差异,具体而言:在可依靠性、信赖性和人际信任总分上,女生得分显著高于男生;在可预测性方面,文史得分高于理工得分;在可预测性、可依靠性、信赖性和人际信任总分上,低年级学生的分数显著高于高年级学生;在可依靠性方面,农村得分高于城市。 (3)大学生的信任状况存在性别、专业、年级和生源地方面的差异,具体而言:男生问题行为高于女生;大二学生行为问题高于其它年级;在问题行为的社会问题维度、恋爱与性维度,城市学生显著高于农村学生;单亲家庭显著高于非单亲家庭。 (4)大学生人格中精神质、神经质因子与问题行为总分呈显著正相关,大学生人际信任与问题行为总分呈显著负相关,大学生人格中精神质、神经质与人际信任总分呈显著负相关。人际信任,神经质,精神质等维度对问题行为具有显著正向预测作用,内外向维度对行为问题具有显著负性预测作用。
[Abstract]:This study investigates the basic status of personality, interpersonal trust and problem behavior of college students, and compares the differences of gender, specialty, grade, student origin and family status in these three aspects. The relationship between interpersonal trust and problem behavior is analyzed and discussed in order to provide theoretical basis for the reform and development of college students' management. The study was conducted with the adult version of the Eysenck Personality questionnaire, the Behavioral questionnaire developed by Chen Huichang and Li Hong, and the Trust scale compiled by Rempel and Holmes. 1600 college students from four universities in Hebei province were investigated. The data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) there are differences in gender, specialty, grade and origin of students in personality of college students. Specifically, in terms of psycho-qualitative factors, male students are significantly higher than female students; The scores of the students of science and engineering were significantly higher than those of the students of literature and history; the scores of the low grade students were significantly lower than those of the senior students; the scores of the urban students were significantly higher than those of the rural areas in terms of neuroticism and psychoticism. (2) there were significant differences in the trust status of college students in terms of gender, major, grade and origin of students. Specifically, in terms of dependability, trust and total interpersonal trust, female students scored significantly higher than boys; in terms of predictability, female students scored significantly higher than boys. In terms of predictability, dependability, trust and interpersonal trust, the scores of junior students were significantly higher than those of senior students; in terms of dependability, rural scores were higher than those in urban areas. (3) there are differences in the trust status of college students in terms of gender, major, grade and origin of students, specifically: male students' problem behavior is higher than that of girls; sophomore students' behavior problems are higher than other grades; in the dimension of social problems of problem behavior, In the dimension of love and sex, urban students were significantly higher than rural students, and single-parent families were significantly higher than non-single-parent families. (4) there was a significant positive correlation between neuroticism and the total score of problem behavior, a negative correlation between interpersonal trust and the total score of problem behavior, and a significant negative correlation between neuroticism and the total score of problem behavior. Neuroticism was negatively correlated with the total score of interpersonal trust. The dimensions of interpersonal trust, neuroticism and psychoticism have a significant positive predictive effect on problem behavior, while the internal and external dimensions have a significant negative predictive effect on behavior problems.
