中小学教师幽默感、教学效能感与职业倦怠的关系研究

【摘要】:本研究以中小学教师为研究对象,采用自编的幽默感问卷对中小学教师幽默感状况进行调查,以期丰富幽默感相关理论与测量研究。本研究还探讨和分析了中小学教师幽默感、教学效能感与职业倦怠三者间的关系,为改善和提高教师幽默感、教学效能感、降低职业倦怠感提供科学的实证研究依据。研究结果表明: (1)中小学教师的幽默感包括幽默储备、课堂幽默表现、幽默应对、幽默感受力和幽默沟通5个维度。 (2)中小学教师幽默感、教学效能感、职业倦怠均处于中等偏上水平。 (3)幽默感在性别、年龄、学历上存在显著差异;在教龄、是否班主任、职称上无显著差异,其中幽默感受力在是否班主任上存在差异。 (4)中小学教师幽默感与教学效能感存在显著正相关关系,且中小学教师幽默感对教学效能感有显著预测作用。 (5)中小学教师幽默感与职业倦怠存在显著负相关关系,且中小学教师幽默感对职业倦怠有显著预测作用。 (6)教学效能感与职业倦怠存在显著负相关关系,且教学效能感对职业倦怠有显著的预测作用。 (7)教学效能感在教师幽默感与职业倦怠间起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:In order to enrich the theory and measurement of sense of humor, this study investigated the teachers' sense of humor in primary and secondary schools by using a self-designed sense of humor questionnaire. This study also discusses and analyzes the relationship among teachers' sense of humor, teaching efficacy and job burnout, which provides a scientific empirical basis for improving and improving teachers' sense of humor, teaching efficacy and reducing job burnout. The results show that: 1) the teachers' sense of humor includes five dimensions: humor reserve, classroom humor performance, humor coping, humor sensibility and humor communication. 2) the sense of humor, teaching efficacy and job burnout of primary and middle school teachers are at the middle level. (3) there are significant differences in sense of humor in sex, age and academic background, but there is no significant difference in teaching age, class teacher and professional title, among which there are differences in whether the sense of humor is in charge of the teacher in charge of class. 4) the sense of humor of primary and middle school teachers has a significant positive correlation with the sense of teaching efficacy, and the sense of humor of primary and middle school teachers has a significant predictive effect on the sense of teaching efficacy. 5) the sense of humor of primary and middle school teachers has a significant negative correlation with job burnout, and the sense of humor of primary and middle school teachers has a significant predictive effect on job burnout. 6) there is a significant negative correlation between teaching efficacy and job burnout, and teaching efficacy has a significant predictive effect on job burnout. Teaching efficacy plays an intermediary role between teachers' sense of humor and job burnout.
