当心理技能遇到现代科技——心理训练的新挑战

【摘要】：现代科学技术的迅猛发展在训练层次、训练内容和训练方法等层面上对心理技能训练产生巨大的影响。本文就现代科学技术对这三个层面上的影响进行分析,回顾科技发展对心理技能训练层次的影响,介绍科技发展所催生的心理技能训练的新内容——21世纪技能并介绍科技发展催生的新训练方法。最后,提出心理技能训练学的必要性,在此基础上提出心理技能训练的行为—心理—神经整合模型,并介绍其在心理训练与教育发展领域的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of modern science and technology has a great influence on psychological skill training at the level of training level, training content and training method. This paper analyzes the influence of modern science and technology on these three levels, and reviews the influence of the development of science and technology on the level of psychological skill training. This paper introduces the new content of psychological skill training in the 21st century, and introduces the new training method born by the development of science and technology. Finally, the necessity of psychological skill training is put forward, on the basis of which, the behavioral psychological neural integration model of psychological skill training is put forward, and its practical significance in the field of psychological training and educational development is introduced.
