群体性冲突中的被洞悉错觉及其相关因素的研究

【摘要】:在我们的日常互动中,想要隐瞒或者传达自己的内心感受时,我们总是会高估自己被洞悉的程度,Gilovich将它定义为“因为过高估计他人对自己的洞悉水平而产生的被看穿的错误知觉,我们称之为被洞悉错觉(illusion of transparency)。" 这种错觉已经在许多人际交往的领域内被证实,包括演讲、谈判、亲密关系等,本研究希望将这一错觉的研究领域进一步扩展。我们知道,当代社会群体性冲突事件频繁发生,而认知偏差是冲突发生的一个重要心理因素,被洞悉错觉正是认知偏差的一种。本研究通过自编冲突案例的实验材料,启动三种角色(包括冲突一方的直接利益群体,非直接利益群体,冲突另一方优势群体)来研究群体性冲突的过程中不同群体的被洞悉错觉,并且进一步了解不同角色对群体性冲突事件的其他认知评价。 研究结果显示: 1、在群体性冲突中,直接利益群体会存在被洞悉错觉,即高估了冲突另一方对自己愤怒情绪的洞悉程度。 2、在群体性冲突中,参与冲突的非直接利益群体也存在被洞悉错觉,并且这种错觉的强度要大于直接利益群体。 3、在冲突发生的不同阶段,愤怒情绪强度不同,被洞悉错觉程度也就不同,愤怒情绪强度越高,被洞悉错觉越大。 4、在群体性冲突中,自我卷入程度与自我知觉到的被洞悉程度之间呈现正相关,自我卷入程度越高,自我知觉到的被洞悉感就越强。 5、在群体性冲突中,权力感与自我知觉到的被洞悉感之间呈现负相关,权力感越低,自我知觉到的被洞悉感就越强烈。 6、冲突中的直接利益群体、非直接利益群体、冲突优势群体三者之间对冲突的其他认知评价存在差异,包括对补偿标准的评价,对政府处理能力的评价,对采取不同行为模式认知、对自我利益和公共利益的价值取向。
[Abstract]:In our daily interactions, when we want to hide or convey our inner feelings, We tend to overestimate the extent to which we are perceived. Gilovich defines it as "the perceived misperception that results from overestimation of others' level of insight into ourselves." We call it "illusions of transparency." this illusion has been proven in many areas of interpersonal communication, including speech, negotiation, intimacy, and so on. This study hopes to further expand the field of research on this illusion. We know that group conflict occurs frequently in contemporary society, and cognitive bias is an important psychological factor of conflict, and perceived illusion is just one kind of cognitive bias. In this study, three kinds of roles (direct interest group, indirect interest group, direct interest group) were initiated through the experimental data of conflict cases. To study the perceived delusion of different groups in the process of group conflict, and to further understand the other cognitive evaluation of group conflict events by different roles. The results show that: 1, in group conflict, Direct interest groups have the illusion of being perceived, that is, overestimating the extent to which the other party to the conflict is aware of their anger. 2. In a group conflict, there is also an illusion of perceived perception among the indirect interest groups involved in the conflict. And the intensity of this illusion is greater than that of the direct interest group. 3. At different stages of conflict, the intensity of anger is different, the degree of perceived delusion is different. The higher the intensity of anger emotion, the greater the perceived illusion. 4. In group conflicts, There is a positive correlation between the degree of self-involvement and the degree of perceived insight. The higher the degree of self-involvement, the stronger the sense of perceived insight. There is a negative correlation between the sense of power and the sense of perceived insight. The lower the sense of power, the stronger the sense of perceived insight. 6. There are differences in other cognitive evaluation of conflict among the three groups, including the evaluation of compensation standards, the evaluation of the ability of government to deal with the conflict, the cognition of adopting different behavior patterns, and the value orientation of self-interest and public interest.
